I’ve gone back and forth with this company for a long time. When I first signed up, they were great—so early on that they didn’t even have a Trustpilot page yet. I actually recommended they create one, which should tell you how long I’ve been a customer.

Their shipping process is a mess. If a package gets stuck in transit, sometimes they’ll resend it automatically—but other times they won’t do anything unless you notice the delay and tell them. That’s ridiculous. Not everyone sits in front of a screen tracking delivery dates all day.

I cannot say enough great things about DVD In box ! This is a wonderful company and they have a great selection and great customer service and are always very willing to help in anyway they can! Please check out their service as you truly will enjoy it and never ever be disappointed! :)

DVDInbox is a great replacement for Netflix by mail. They have almost as good a collection, including the more obscure titles you won't find on streaming programs. The customer service is very impressive. They will work with you to resolve issues regarding slow USPS delivery, and have a fast response time to emailed questions.

great to be able to watch dvd movies again dont always have reliable internet and even steaming is so laced with advertisements when we can get it to work hopefully they can get more television series in their selection they respond to mailing issues right away

I've been a member only for a few weeks and I'm already sold! This is the best service there is now that Netflix DVD is gone. I tried Gamefly for 6 months, and wasn't too happy with their site and shipping process. Although DVDInbox is also slow with shipping out to the west coast (hoping one day they'll have a distribution center on the west coast!), they're kind enough to send multiple discs so you have a good backload of movies! I currently have 5 movies at home, although I am signed up for 2 at a time. Yes, they're more expensive than other services, but I don't mind. If you love movies, and were a Netflix DVD customer, DVDInbox is the way to go!

I'vd been a customer of DVDInbox for a little over 6 months and couldn't be happier. I used to be a DVD Netflix customer until they decided to give up on the dvd rental business. DVDInbox has a fairily large dvd library. Which is very nice. When I first joined, I wanted a movie that they didn't have in the library. I sent a message to custormer service requesting they get it for me and they did! I was completely shocked that they would do that for me! DVD Netflix never provided that kind of customer service. Thank you DVDInbox... you have a customer for life!

DVD Inbox is in its infancy so I am giving them a 5-star review despite several hiccups I have experienced.
I loved Netflix DVD and when they shut down I was devastated because many of the movies I want to watch are not available streaming, or I'd have to subscribe to yet another service just to watch it. But with DVD Inbox I can continue renting DVDs by mail. Here are some pros:

- They're a young, small business, so they are determined to make things right when something goes wrong.
- If you reach out to them with an issue or question, they respond quickly.
- They have a large, excellent collection of movies and from what I understand are continuously adding titles to their inventory.
- The website is fairly easy to navigate and they have taken a lot of inspiration from Netflix DVD so it already felt familiar when I made the switch.

Some hiccups I have experienced, likely due to the age of the company as they work out kinks:

- I've received one DVD that was scratched and unusable (but this happens and they were quick to resolve the issue).
- Several DVDs have been lost in the mail, either on their way to me, or on their way back to DVD Inbox (When I reached out about this, every time they have been quick to fix the problem and have even sent me an extra DVD so that I can continue keeping up with my queue).
- I've noticed a few glitches on their website like a title I returned months ago is still listed as "in transit" at the top of my queue.

I only started using DVDInbox after Netflix stopped their service. I have been very happy with the service and hope they can take off and do well enough to increase the library size. I had one glitch when a return wasn't credited right away, but it was fixed with an online report (this happened with Netflix from time to time as well so I am used to it). After my research and testing, this is the best successor to what Netflix provided...good service and more recent movies available than others I have tested.

I've been using DVDinbox for half a year now and have had only minor problems, all of which were rapidly addressed to satisfaction. It's got a pretty solid selection of movies that I've really enjoyed!

I joined DVDInbox.com after Netflix discontinued their dvd mailing service. I am so glad that I did! I have enjoyed DVDInbox and seen many movies that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. It is user friendly and keeps adding more to their offerings. I am grateful for DVDInbox for keeping the mailing dvd option alive. I have been a customer since November 2023 and look forward to continuing on with them. Thank you!

When Netflix DVD mails stopped, I had to find a new service. Out of the 3 that I found, DVDInbox was the best of them all. They ship movies quickly and address issues (of which I have not had many) very quickly and to my satisfaction.

I have been on dvdinbox.com for a few months now and although the discs are shipped from the east coast, I normally receive discs on the west coast about once a week after being shipped. They have also started to offer 4K discs recently so I have been enjoying the best picture and audio, far superior to streaming.

Get movies you want on DVD fast and if you live far away from DVD inbox they will send extras to make it right and their prices are goid

We discovered DVDinbox when Netflix DVDs shut down.
The only negative is that shipping takes a week or more to California. I am impressed about the amount of titles they have in stock. The only things I wish they would improve is that it would be nice if the had a west coast distribution center and they need to have more new release movies. I have tried many movies that are a year or two old and they very seldom have them.

I like this service so far. Not as fast as Netflix use to be but more than acceptable. I had a defective DVD sent to me and a replacement was sent right away and that pleased me. I will keep my membership as long as there are movies to watch!

So far this has been an excellent service for finding Blu-ray titles that you would have to subscribe to 10 streaming services to find half of the titles to watch. Streaming has become as bad as or worse than cable TV, so I have dropped all but one of those (Amazon Prime, mostly for the shopping, not their streaming) and joined DVDInbox. I'm on the 4 out plan, and they ship them to me 2 at a time in their mailers. It takes 3-5 days to get them in, but they will also go ahead and ship the next 2 once USPS scans the code on the return mailer.

Only bad thing to say is I would give 4.5 stars if it would let me, but I went ahead and put 5 stars. The half star I would take is due to not having newer titles (2024 releases) available, and there's currently no 4k or TV series options. I believe those are being added, though.

My go to source for movies. DVDinBox has an extensive listing of titles to choose from and price can't be beat. I look forward to checking the mail now..

We discovered DVDinbox when Netflix DVDs shut down. (DVDs are our primary entertainment as full-time RVers). The price is right, & the customer service has been personal, and excellent. Shipping takes a week to WY from FL... But that's a post office issue.

I've been using the service from the beginning. These guys are doing a great job at carrying the torch passed by Netflix DVD when that service ended. I was a longtime user of Netflix DVD and sad to see them close. But it's great that DVD Inbox is attempting to offer the same level of service that we enjoyed from Netflix DVD.

I think there are still some missing features that former Netflix DVD users would like to see. But DVD Inbox is continuing to add features and improve their service, so I think they are on their way to meeting that high standard. Their customer service is great and they do a good job responding to feedback and being transparent about how their service operates today and how they are working to improve it.
