I am so grateful to DWP for helping me and my children find a safe place we can call home, they have made the flat look so modern and clean and they have made the whole experience with them so stress free and easy. I would particularly like to say thank you to Emily, who helped me the most and she always replied to my emails so quickly with any answers I needed. Thank you again to all of you.

The whole process was stress-free and quick. I found my flat on my first viewing of a dwp property and the journey from basically being nearly homeless to a tenant was easy and the staff were caring and kind. I would recommend DWP housing to any body looking for a rental flat or house.

Have decided to go solo and DWP helped my find my new space. DWP has the property I was looking for and I was lucky that the property for was still available when I enquired. It felt like it was waiting for me. It looks very modern and lovely condition, and a perfect fit for me. Special thanks to Emily Walker for being very friendly, helpful, and patient with me. I would recommend checking DWP if you're looking for a property you would like to rent.

The best letting agent I have come across in Bournemouth. Highly professional super friendly efficient in every way imaginable. All the team at the DWP absolutely great. I have nothing but praise for DWP housing. If it wasn’t for them I would still be homeless. My experience with them from start to finish has been amazing. Emily was very thoughtful, patient and always on hand if I needed her. I also had an experience with colt who went through every step of the way regarding my paperwork. My new home has been decorated beautifully and I have met some nice neighbours. Thank you!

Emily is very helpful and kind. I have never met someone who is willing to help like her, even if you ask her to change things a few times or to show the same apartment.

Emily Walker was very helpful in helping me find my beautiful flat. Only took 2 viewings to land the perfect one and it was based on her believing I would like what was available. She was right! Emily made the process seamless. Was very professional, patient and explained in details on the day of moving all I needed to know. Also got a goodie box on the move in day. 5 star service. DWP is worth renting from. Highly recommend

I've been with DWP for three years now and can only say good things about them. Emily helped me find my accommodation and she and all the team are kind and polite. Repairs have been done promptly and communal areas are cleaned and gardens maintained regularly.

My experience has been nothing but positive, the lady I worked with (Emily) made everything easy for me when moving and it was all done swiftly and professionally.. if your thinking of moving you could do a lot worse than DWP Housing..

Nice property. Shame we have had no front door to the building for over 9 weeks now.. Yes that's right 9 weeks. Excuses after excuses. Drug deals going on in corridors. I went down to put my rubbish out. And two youngsters were engaged in a sex act.
The MD of this outfit. Does not seem to care. Or does not know about this. Fire hazard. Safety hazard. Hang your head in shame. Treating humans this way.
How would you like to live for 9 weeks without a front door that locks.
Any one would have sent whole door and lock back. But oh no. Leave door hanging.. Without a lock. Impressive.

Very professional, efficient and helpful. Went out of their way to find a suitable property. Maintenance team are excellent, and very quick to attend. Cannot criticise any part of the service.

Emily was really helpful and supportive throughout. The Flat was in lovely condition in terms of decorating, new carpets and appliances. The block I live in is also kept in nice condition, being cleaned regularly. Very happy with the service provided.
