Extremely Disappointing Experience Terrible Product & Horrible Customer Service! (Do Not Buy Directly)

I recently purchased a car vacuum cleaner Dylect Turbo Sweep 500 Pro
directly from the official website of Dialect (Dylect), expecting reliable quality and customer care. What followed was a complete nightmare and an absolute waste of my hard earned money.
Within 1–2 days of delivery, I noticed several critical flaws and immediately registered a complaint:
Severe Battery Issue: The advertised battery backup is nowhere near reality. It barely lasts for 5 minutes.
Defective Power Switch: The switch is severely faulty; I have to toggle it nearly 10 times just to get the device to turn on.
No Direct Plug and Play: Even when connected directly to a power source, it refuses to run, making the unit completely useless once the 5-minute charge runs out.
Instead of offering a hassle free replacement, their support claimed they had no direct service centers in Kerala and insisted on having the product shipped back to their hub for inspection. I complied and handed it over for return pickup.
It took over a whole month for the item to reach me again. To my utter shock, they sent back the exact same defective device in the original packaging, boldly claiming there was no issue at all and that it was in "perfect working condition." Not a single defect was repaired. The product still suffers from the exact same three problems.
I do not have the time or energy to run around chasing this irresponsible brand any longer, so I have no choice but to throw this product into the trash.
A serious warning to potential buyers: Do not buy directly from their website. If you ever consider buying from this brand, purchase only via Amazon where you have a guaranteed return and refund window. Their direct customer support is completely unresponsive, deceptive, and indifferent to genuine customer issues.
Zero accountability and pathetic service. I will never buy from this brand again, and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away!

I bought dual spot solar light online and it didn’t work even for a day. I requested for a return. No response from the company. After so many messages and calls they arranged for a return. But they don’t refund the money. Fraud company.

Horrible service.bought a pressure washer from Amazon stopped working after 7 months.still in warranty mail several times.even complaint in website stating all the details photos invoice videos of it but still no response from them.very pathetic service

Do not buy DYLECT products at all.

Their fan becomes faulty again and again within a very short time. Even after full charging, it runs only for a few minutes and stops. After repair, the same problem continues.

They give false warranty promises but when you ask for help, there is no proper support. No real customer care number, no proper reply to emails, and only useless excuses like change charger, send video, do this, do that.

They keep wasting your time but never give a real solution.

Please save your money and do not trust this brand. If you buy from them, you may also face the same fraud and regret later just like I did.

Purchased Dylect pressure washer directly from official website. Mentioned my GST no while ordering the product and requested the GST invoice. But received the non GST Invoice. When requested for the GST Invoicing they have started misbehaving and refused for the GST Invoicing. Seems to be a fraud with Government and customer. Please avoid dylect

Very poor customer Service. I placed an order for Dylect Car Washer in Dec 2025 & made the payment. But they informed that they had sent through ShipRocket, a crap courier company. However, the product was not delivered till today. I couldn't contact Dylect for resolution / refund. Never order from this company unless you go for Cash on Delivery mode.

I purchased their pressure washer from Amazon and it stopped working in a couple of months. Running behind their customer support to get it fixed and they just do not want to solve it. I have received no replies from them, they just avoid. Stay away from this brand
