I've went through all the right channels yet I've been ghosted by not only the seller of the DYU bikes but the company itself. I've sent quite a few emails already about their extremely dangerous DYU C9 ebike. It came with severe and potentially DEADLY manufacturing defects. Not only do both front and rear brakes GIVE OUT randomly at that. The motor gets STUCK and it's rubs which is quite loud. Something horrifying I found out when reproducing the issue was even without being in PAS (pedal assist) if your chain falls off and you don't realize & if say you've turned off the PAS for whatever reason or put it on like 1 or 2 because you're trying to go SLOW the motor gets stuck and goes FULL THROTTLE with NO PAS. It was absolutely horrifying watching that rear wheel spin faster and faster while I wasn't touching the bike, the throttle, or the pedals. Of course I had to get the bike moving so I moved the pedals on no PAS. I have the video of it. You can hear my concern in the video as well. It was also a lie that the ebike came new. It's 100% used as it came half assembled, missing screws, and had an abundance of unneeded screws. It wasn't half assembled in the way that companies do to make building the bike easier. Random accessories that shouldn't have been assembled were already on there and the bike was dirty when it arrived. Had I known the bike was suppose to be new I would've returned it or asked for a refund right then and there as that breaks AliExpress's policy.

I also forgot to mention that the disc brakes arrived loose. The seller of the bike a DYU representative pointed that out when I sent in the pictures. They also asked what replacement parts I needed, then ghosted me after I replied with the parts I needed. The seller also said they don't have anymore DYU C9's in stock and neither does DYU's official website. I think they don't even have replacement parts to give. Extremely shady business practices and ILLEGAL

Voor korte stadsritten is deze DYU perfect. Opvouwen gaat snel en hij past makkelijk in mijn appartement. De rit is stil en comfortabel, er zijn geen problemen sinds ik hem heb gekocht.

I wanted a small electric bike for weekend rides and short local trips, and this has worked well. It is fun to ride, not too heavy, and the design feels practical. I'm happy with the purchase so far.

Le colisage parfait, explications pour le montage présentes et simple.
Après de nombreuses promenades avec les draisiennes elles fonctionnent très bien et sont vraiment robustes je recommande

The DYU M20 has been a very practical e-bike for me. Setup was simple, the ride feels smooth, and the battery range is good for everyday use. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and value.

DYU bikes are not only fantastic bikes, but the support they offer is absolutely awesome. A great bike from a great company. Highly recommended

Sjukt smidig liten elcykel! Tar mig runt i stan utan problem och den är superlätt att fälla ihop. Riktigt nöjd faktiskt.

Uso il DYU C6 Pro praticamente ogni giorno. È solido e la batteria dura parecchio, proprio quello che cercavo per la città. Mai un problema.

Bin absolut begeistert vom DYU T1. Man sitzt sehr bequem und die Reichweite passt auch für längere Touren. Nutze das E-Bike sowohl für die Arbeit als auch am Wochenende. Top!
