My order #52964 had been placed 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been shipped?!! Can you please ship my order or refund me ASAP?! This feels like a scam. Scammed

Purchased an item with expedited shipping to Canada on April 24th. It's now April 28th and my item hasn't even shipped yet. I've reached out to the company twice and I've gotten nothing back. I'm extremely frustrated as I've paid extra for quicker shipping and there's terrible communication from the company. I should've known better and taken my business elsewhere. Now I have to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges.

Shipped dead probiotics & refuses to refund

I ordered BioGaia Gastrus Probiotic 30 Chewable Tablets.
I often use these probiotics to make homemade yogurt. My probiotics took a very long time to arrive, and they were dead when they arrived. When I use the probiotic tablets that I purchased at e-cosmetorium, my yogurt doesn't ferment.
I contacted customer service, but they refuse to refund or replace the product.
Instead, they tell me that I should not be using the probiotics to make yogurt.

When I purchase BioGaia Gastrus from any other source, the yogurt turns out well. It is only the e-cosmetorium product that arrives dead.

This is probably spam , I contacted my bank ,because I order from them over a month ago and I never received the product, they are not contacting me back , I want my refund from my order #46208 or I will give a bank all information I collected!!

Definitely not a scam

Store is located in Poland where I come from. I ordered Caudelie to be delivered to Winnipeg Canada where I live now. The order arrived at my door within 9 days which is very fast considering it's coming from Europe. The product is absolutely authentic. I was skeptical at first but I'm happy I ordered. Will be ordering again - recommend.

I placed an order and have not gotten any information on shipping for 3 weeks. I have emailed multiple times and tried to message on facebook and their website and call. No response. They only respond when they get a bad review on their website and probably don't even follow through with that. If you see this i'd like a refund immediately.

A scam

I ordered from them once without any problem, although the product took far longer to arrive then they said it would, ordered a second time and have yet, 3 weeks later, (supposed to arrive after 12 days max) to receive my product. The money was withdrawn from my account as soon as I ordered but when I went to the website yesterday it only shows my 1st order. I've emailed them twice with no reply, and also tried contacting them through their "chat" service 4 times, which has said every time "we are not available please write your concern and we'll contact you soon," but no reply, nada. I think they're a scam. Get the product to you once, to get your trust, and then scam you after that.

Awesome shop even though I was scared at first!

Easy order, fast delivery.
Even with my concern about the bad review they had , they answered me on Facebook within a day. Great Shop! I will most definitely order again.

PS: A delay can happen because of Covid, the Shop is in Europe and sending packages to the US was not possible for quite a while!

Scam

Terrible, I think I am being scammed! I ordered one thing from them over 40 days ago and have not recieved it. I have contacted them, through the only way possible, their email customer service and am only receiving two variations of an automated response. There is no other way of contact with them. This feels like a scam.
