On 09.09.2025 I bought a 2 piece tracksuit, from E-RACUNI. COM, pay for it €85, got confirmation, invoice, and the quiet time, waited till october, and nothing, started to send emails and got the response that it is in custom and this is the reason why it takes so long, and few emails later I've got the quiet treatment, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, I am looking for a way to inform all the authority in the place of LUBLJANA, they are stealing from us and it has to be something that we can do about it, I am working hard for my money, cant stay quiet anymore, please dont by from them,

Terrible service, you cant get NO HELP whatsoever you are on the phone forever THEN they kick you out of the call as you spend HOURS literal HOURS trying to get a human to respond to you and you just here "we will be right with you" and stupid music... terrible experience. sadly the company i work with works with their software but we can not work because they are not solving the issue as there is no CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL !
