Ian and Elliott were very welcoming and…
Ian and Elliott were very welcoming and the tour of the roastery was really interesting and insightful. Their passion for what they are doing and the way they impact the lives of the coffee growers they work with really shone through. Ian demonstrated a roast from start to finish and we got to sample the end result as part of the coffee tasting at the end of the tour. They encouraged questions throughout the tour so that the whole roasting process was easy to understand. We were each given a bag of coffee to take away and it tastes delicious. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who has an interest in all things coffee
