The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, the set-up is very good - clean and well laid out and it is so easy to get in and out to access my belongings without any fuss at all. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a short or long term solution that is with a professional company without breaking the bank.

I use the Ease the Squeeze storage units. Any queries I have are always dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently either by phone, email or in person.
I have found all the people who work here most helpful. They will offer to help me carry or transfer items and go above and beyond to help with any other tasks.
Additionally, everyone dresses smartly and their uniforms help distinguish between staff and other customers.
The Office, toilet and other room are kept tidy and clean.
There is a nice ethos here and I have always found everyone to be very helpful, welcoming and trustworthy.
