East Anglia Air conditioning have been amazing from start to finish. They always explain in detail to ensure we understand what's going on and what is needed. We have had other companies rip us off in the past but these guys are amazing! 5 stars from me and we will definitely continue to us this company for our air con/heater units.

Excellent service from Dominic, went above and beyond to diagnose the fault and source a new part. All work carried out to professional standards and equipment left spotlessly clean. Great communication and turned up when promised. Would highly recommend.

Dominic provides a very professional service . I had my two units installed by a cowboy with a very poor finish to the job on a domestic property . Dominic provided a thorough service and documentation to support the work giving me confidence that the systems were at least working correctly . He also provided options to correct the shoddy finish of the job and improve aesthetics .

Fast and efficient and did a very nice job of bringing the unit back up to performance. Told me a few things about the unit i didn’t know … and the quote is what i paid !

Had a unit fitted into our bedroom, the service was exceptional, they were polite, clean, efficient, professional, prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced (we had 3 quotes) Actually looking forward to summer this year! it will make a pleasant change to get some sleep, even on those really uncomfortable nights.
