Couldn’t fault East Coast Noosa, they collected us at airport and took us to depot minutes away, fitted car seat and then fitted another at short notice and looked after our luggage - staff great and price for our KIA Carnival was realistic, finally people who get it! Would highly recommend and use time and again

Jack’s service with the shuttle is a 12 out of 10.

We hired a car for a couple of weeks at the Adelaide airport branch. Although it’s not on the airport, it was not even a 5 minute walk. And they do have a shuttle if you want to catch that. The price in much better then the main brands of car rentals. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. At arrival they unfortunately didn’t have my car of choice because the car was returned with damage. But a couple of days later I could swap the vehicle to my preferred car. Now, that’s service. The cars are nice and clean. Would book again without hesitation.

Through no fault of theirs, East Coast couldn't provide a Camry as I'd wished. However, the Brisbane City branch went the extra mile and more to deal with my concerns and provide a suitable vehicle. Later, when there was a mix up over the check out and charges, the East Coast response was again exemplary!
The car was great and the hiring process very straightforward. I particularly liked the opportunity to add my outbound pix of the car so there could be no disputes about possible damage.
I have hired all over the world and East Coast are quite the best hire care company I have ever dealt with!
Excellent in all respects!

Hired a MG HS car for 10 days, we chose this model as the website says 5 passengers, 2 large and 2 small bags. Unfortunately this is not the case, very little boot space and a massive squeeze. Collected at Cairns and seen all these nice new cars and then I was handed my remote key which looked old and all scratched. We probably had the oldest car on site. No handover except here are the keys and off you go. Given no talk through dents, scratches, marks and internal controls. Although they have a non smoking policy the car stunk of tobacco and the air con was terrible. We had to drive the 2000KM with the air con at fan speed 6 which was louder than the radio and upon exciting the car you still sweated and stuck to the seat. Disappointing.

Quick pick up, clean car and speedy service will Def use next time we're in town. Jack our driver on the return trip was a star! Up beat and welcoming and did the heavy lifting. Will Def use these

Great rates and service. Jack was our pickup and drop off driver and was super friendly and helpful. We know where to go the next time we are back in Adelaide.

Booked 2 hours before picking vehicle up to be told about all these additional costs that are in the “terms and conditions”.

When I wanted to cancel they said to organise the cancellation online. Online they told me they can’t refund so the company took all the money that I paid even though I never picked the car up and booked it 2 hrs previous..

$280 for no work - pathetic

First time using East Coast Car Rentals and was impressed with the service from the Melbourne team, specifically Kathy. When the office realised i had left my glasses in my rental after drop off they called me straight away and Kathy went back to get them for me.
Pick up and drop of process super easy and car was in great shape.

From the start at the booking stage our experience was streamlined and smooth,and great value for money. Collection at Adelaide airport was also easy, Jack was amazing and we were lucky to get Jack again when we returned the car. It was a wet and windy morning, Jack made sure he dropped us right in front of the express elevators at Adelaide airport taking us to the departure level avoiding the rain. Check in at the offsite depot was also easy, lots of great tips provided for our road trip

Our experience with East Coast was brilliant! Great directions for shuttle transport and easy paperwork and process for picking the car up. Jack our shuttle driver was awesome, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and assisted with our luggage. The office staff were happy and assisted with tour information. The car was spotless, practically new and worked perfectly as well as being economical on petrol. Drop off was easy and efficient with us arriving in plenty of time for our flight. Overall we will be renting with them again on our next trip to Adelaide. Great company!!

Excellent service and support from the central Melbourne team and James in particular. You have to go a long way to meet a nicer bloke. We wanted to change our booking - no problem. Everything was explained very clearly. The car was clean and ran well. James gave us some good tips and advice and explained how everything worked. Would definitely recommended for both price and service.

Car is in great condition. Nice service, smooth procedures. Jack the shuttle bus driver is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service from pick up to check in the car was great. Special shout out for Ash the incredible young man who picked us up from the Brisbane airport was very professional, fun and full of local knowledge. He recommended a local pub after we asked and it was a fabulous meal. Ash also gave us many other pointers help with our holiday.
We have used East Coast rentals in Tasmania, Cairns and Brisbane before this trip. We will continue to use / recommend your service to everyone. Thank you Ash

Cancelled a fully pre paid booking hours before we were due to land. No alternative car offered and no compensation provided. Left to try to book a car through another provider while we were in the airport waiting to board. Luckily another rental company was able to provide another car albeit at a higher cost.

I really like dealing with this company, this was our first time hiring a vehicle, and the process was simple and straightforward, they even fixed a stuff up on dates we did on the website. I then dropped the vehicle off 9 days later and got a smaller one for another 5 days as didn’t need the big one and the process was once again easy. I did order on the website for both vehicles. For both car hiring processes we purchased the dearest plan as I don’t have to worry about excesses or repairs if in an accident and it comes with road side assist. Very happy, would definitely recommend. .

Refused to honour quoted rates sent by email, saying rates change hourly - a fact not mentioned in their email. Otherwise fine, however, communications not so great.

Just used East Coast for the fifth time across Brisbane, Sydney & Adelaide. They are consistently excellent. Good vehicle range, friendly staff, and good prices.
