I highly recommend looking into other similar companies. The customer service at Eastern is just awful. I had so many problems, but the manager contacted me very apologetically and made amends. As such i felt an obligation to consider them for renewal. The customer service got even worse. I asked to speak with the manager again. First off some guy called me with a blocked number identified himself as a manager and yelled at me for asking to speak with a manager as he was telling me everything i needed to know. I pointed out in fact he hadn't answered my one and only question,
and he admitted he didn't know the answer but said he'd get back. Well he did get back. Gave me incorrect information, turns out he wasnt a manager either. Then i spoke to another manager who after i told all my complaints to said maybe i should find a different company. Thats the loan company they are,they'd rather yell at you then correct the issues they have. They admitted that they have lots of new untrained staff, but instead of apologizing they got mad at me for having the nerve to ask for decent customer service. I have asked again to speak to a manager and they refuse to respond.
Seriously try any other loan company.

Previously was a customer and they keep denying my request. I make almost 6 grand/month and have been in my job for 15 years. Screw you Eastern Loans!

Have not heard back from the agent that I was speaking with on Monday, since then I have called twice and left a voicemail. I also mailed the agent that I was speaking to, today is Friday and I have not yet heard back from anyone.
