The Gentleman that took care of my needs was very understanding, professional, listened and spoke very clearly, and he made it easy to understand what I was getting in to. He explained all the terms and conditions and details in such a way that I felt very comfortable talking to him. I'm very happy with his Customer Service Skills.

horrible customer service
When I called about my payment no one seemed to know what was going on. They were all RUDE and I mean VERY RUDE!!! They set my payment up on the wrong schedule not even close to my pay days! Then when I got the loan they never explained that it was almost 800% interest to loan 800.00 I would have to pay back nearly 6000.00! NEVER AGAIN IM PAYING LOAN AND REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!

Ok well I didn't like the fact that they called my bank and then called me back a few hours later to call my bank again cause there representative wasn't speaking clearly enough for the banker to understand him and they thought she said something she didn't say I let them call the second time they were supposed to ask 1 question and ask 3 tell I cut them off I was getting 775 and has yet to receive the funds I tried calling to find out what was the status and can't get no one when they answer they hang up on me smh

Stressful agent
The agent that was helping made it so stressful that it seems like he didn't know what questions to ask. When he 3-way me with the bank agent u can tell she was annoyed as well cause he was all over the place and wasn't organized at all. And he should make it feel more at ease not so scripted like a robot. And he talks way to slow to get to the point.
