My husband has an account there and I went in for a replacement tile for our bathroom which was purchased from them.I was told they do not sell single tiles by the gentleman at the desk,a young lady then joined him and told me to look online.Their attitude was not what I expected having been in many times to pick up items for my husband.There was nobody else in there so they were not run off their feet.Very bad attitude from them both ,if that is now they treat customers and particularly account holders they do not deserve our custom.

Staff friendly and leave you alone to look in peace. I bought tiles and fittings from here. Good quality tiles, my bathroom fitter commented on how even and well made these were.

Service and assistance was outstanding from start to finish from Matthew Silver at Easy Bathrooms. The quality of the products are excellent, and would definitely recommend this firm and their staff.

I was amazed by the number of bathroom settings there were at Easy Bathrooms in Birstall. As I don’t have vision to imagine what something would look like in situ it was wonderful to see these bathrooms set up. The staff were also very helpful and would highly recommend a visit.

Fabulous service as soon as you walk in the door. James was very understanding of our needs, planned and quoted. He even put the design on VR headset, which was amazing to see virtually how our bathroom would look.
Prices are very competitive for the high quality, myself and husband were very impressed.
Their displays are amazing, lots of examples showing the vast range available.
Arranging the delivery with Chloe in store was ‘Easy’. Answered any questions I had.
I have to mention Rich also as he helped with sorting collecting from Birstall some other bits we needed and assisted on some technical questions too! I later found out he was the stores regional manager, thanks Rich!
Staff are always friendly and welcoming in store when we’ve visited.

Excellent showroom assistance from Salma at the Birstall showroom. We choose the installation service and Hagi the fitter was excellant also. Overall very happy.

I just want to say an amazing thank you to all at easy bathrooms,
especially Chloe who has helped me out at every stage of the process and made sure we had the best deal and nothing missing.

Items have been missed off our initial delivery which was crucial to the work being done on our home. The warehouse/logistics team seems to be a law unto itself with no ability to take responsibility for its mistakes and rectify them. It certainly has no respect for the customer. Lines of communication between sales and warehouse seem tenuous at best.

When we refurbish our other bathroom in a year or so, as things stand, we will not be returning Easy Bathrooms.

My experience consisted of collecting a tap, it was given to me within a very short period of waiting, so to describe it as an 'experience' is stretching things a bit, but all in all I was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

My plumber gave me an extensive catalogue to choose from, and I also visited the showroom. Everything was listed /shown brilliantly. I'm very happy with the products I chose

We ordered full bathroom and had to make couple adjustments which were handle with no problems. We ordered with Matthew at Birkstal branch he was really helpful giving advice and recommendations . We called today after bathroom had been fitted for an extra not standed request and James sorted this with his expert advice and help credit to the staff

Was served by Matt at Birstall , and was amazing. Very helpful and gave thought to the overall design and style that we were after.

I visited the Birstall branch and worked with James Clark, who was incredibly knowledgeable. He designed both our bathroom and en-suite, truly listening to our needs to create a design that perfectly matched what we were looking for.

We did face some challenges with broken tiles, but the team supported me throughout the process, ensuring replacements were delivered on time so the project didn't come to a standstill. It was an amazing customer experience, and I highly recommend Easy Bathrooms Birstall to anyone looking for a new bathroom. Amazing team!

After trailing all over in last month looking for bath I wanted I was sick of getting places that just weren’t interested .. stepped into showroom at birstall was greeted by Kim who was absolutely outstanding . Her knowledge , her customer service & her fantastic people skills bowled me over & I paid there & then for my bath I’d been tirelessly searching for .. if ur looking for a outstanding bathroom representative she is the one u need to go to .. thank u for a stress free purchase

I have held off on writing this review for some time, as I had some issues during the purchase and fitting, but was under the impression that all had been resolved as satisfactorily as it could be given the circumstances. I wasn't prepared to leave a positive review, but it also seemed unfair to leave a negative review.

Fast forward six months and I'm having endless problems with the bathroom, in particular the shower. The door won't stay closed and now the tray is leaking. My poor fitter has been round numerous times (he was hired independently of Easy and is brilliant), but there's no disguising the poor quality of a product that started to fail less than six months after being fitted. The toilet also regularly comes apart and requires repair.

Add that to numerous order errors that either I or the fitter had to catch (the designer completely failed to notice them), including one which we missed and resulted in the wrong sink being delivered and fitted (and which I am now stuck with), the lies told to me by the designer, and the delivery driver failing to deliver on time (resulting in my fitter having to waste his time sitting around at my house), I feel I have no choice but to write a review recommending that you avoid this company.

They have access to a wide range of products (the main positive is that I adore my tiles and I don't think I could have got them elsewhere), but the organisation was extremely poor and the products do not last. I should not be having this many issues within six months of purchase.

Great guys plenty of product knowledge and good prices

The advisor were extremely patient with us helping us make the right choices and producing a costed design.
A shower room ensuite was professionally fitted and we are extremely pleased with every element of it. Thank you.
