Designer really approachable, flexible with the changes I requested and everything was ordered and delivered on time.

we came in and were dealt with by Martin. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Listened to exactly what we wanted.We weren’t quite ready to have the bathroom fitted so he promised to hold it for us.Delivery was exactly when we wanted

Great communication, got back to us quickly and efficiently when needed. When looking around the shop in the planning stages, staff were not pushy and left us to look by ourselves, but help always there of needed....I prefer it this way. When the bathroom was delivered, there was a problem with a box of tiles, but was sorted so so quickly which was great. So happy with the bathroom and products we chose.

We had lots of showers to choose from, they gave advice which we took on board. They were very patient and we when back a few times to make sure measurements were correct. It wasn’t the only bathroom supplier we looked at but was the one we kept returning to.
The only thing that I thought was over priced was delivery being £90 as we require it was take round the back of the house to put in the conservatory so that we would have room to move around. Delivery was very smooth a was not a problem to take around the back.
We are very pleased with the outcome come of the shower being fitted.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet. A bit pricey but seemed nice. Then was told side panels omitted so another 150. Then we collected , but was partially flat packed. We hadnt known that...
Had to mount doors and drill side panels and handles myself. Instructions by Cubico were appallimg, not even a template to drill the door handles.. ?
Cost £600 for a flat pack cabinet😡.

Friendly and big choice

I enquired about runners for a bathroom shower, and the gentleman whom answered the telephone stated that he would make enquiries to try and find what I required and that he would E-Mail with the result. This was done and I was able to purchase what I required from the store.

Easy purchase, picked up item 2 days after or ding. Good price too!

I have a whole, untouched box of tiles left over but I am unable to return them even though I was advised to buy an extra box in case of ‘cuts’. I was directed to customer services but there is clearly a standard reply about there no return policy in the T&C’s, however I don’t recall the man in the shop in Chester going through all the T&Cs with me, just do I want grout and pay now please. Happy with the product but extremely disappointed with the service afterwards. They were not interested.

Easy Bathrooms were recommend to us by friends. We visited them and saw Nicola who was absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable nothing to much trouble at all. Gave excellent advice and did a home visit to double check measurements etc. Bathroom and cloakroom fitted by the wonderful Lee who is a perfectionist and we are really happy with the end product. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The moment I first walked into Easy Bathroom's Chester showroom I was so impressed with the spacious layout and the great choice of products on display, that I knew that I needed to look no further for where to shop for my new bathroom. The very helpful and friendly service I received from Nicola and the team from then on, was second to none. As an architect I was able to put together all components for my own bathroom refit project without difficulty from the catalogue. It was particularly satisfying that I was able to order a number of items having particular dimensions and physical characteristics which suited my design and which were not so readily available elsewhere. The order arrived on time. Many thanks to Nicola who admirably coped with the one or two changes and hiccups with patience and cordiality.

Fantastic selection of bathrooms to view on site. Great to see before you order. Its also handy having other stores near by to view other items that aren't on display at Chester.
Delivery was perfect. On time and all correct. I returned a couple of items (unused and still boxed) and there was no issue with a refund.

l ordered a full bathroom suite from Easy Bathrooms (Chester). The buying process was smooth and the showroom staff helpful, but the aftercare has been very disappointing.

Within 4 weeks of installation, my gun metal bath screen started peeling to reveal a chrome base. I reported it on 31/08/25 with clear photos. While I was offered a replacement, Easy Bathrooms refused to cover refitting or acknowledge the clear product fault.

I've been told I must pay £150 to fit the new door - and if it fails again, I can ask for a refund, but that still leaves me in a position whereby I have to purchase a replacement door that is a better quality and pay to have it fitted - all of which I cannot afford, I have been left so upset by the lack of compassion.

A goodwill offer of £75 was mentioned by the manager but never followed up. For a product to fail this fast and be met with such limited support is unacceptable. If you're investing in their premium finishes, be warned - the after-sales service doesn't match the showroom experience.

Save yourself the stress and AVOID EASY BATHROOMS.

Having submitted further evidence in the form of email correspondence and photos they have never responded. It is really poor customer service and when they respond through trustpilot it is just lip service. Once they have your money they don't care. Today is 31st October and I have not received any acknowledgement. AVOID

Update 03/11/2025 - After posting my review, the company asked me to contact them via their Trustpilot reply email to resolve the issue. I did so promptly, but I haven’t received any response or follow-up since. This makes it seem that their public reply was only for appearance rather than a genuine attempt to help.

Tom at the Chester branch recently planned and designed our new bathroom. This was a full bathroom refit including walk in shower, vanity unit, counter top basin, back to wall wc & concealed cistern, radiator and wall & floor tiles. The products arrived on-time & damage free and are very good quality. We used our own installer who did a wonderful job and fitted according to Tom's plan. Tom was very easy to deal with, very approachable and did a fabulous job with the plan, we are made up. Having worked for years for a different kitchen/bathroom installation company, I am very happy I chose Easy Bathrooms, happy with the products and happy with the experience delivered by Tom. I would happily use them again and their products. Thank you so much.

Really professional job by Matthew and his team of fitters. They were so courteous and kept mess to a minimum. Quality of fitments is great and we are genuinely delighted with the finished result.
Whilst we did feel installation cost was initially high, we accept that the job is undertaken to take the stress out of co ordinating fitters, tilers etc. and would thoroughly recommend Easy Bathrooms.
