I left a negative review due to an exchange two weeks ago, I was told to email easy bathrooms which I have now done twice, still waiting on a reply, dreadful service from them AGAIN, I definitely do not recommend

Staff were patient, had great knowledge and understanding of our needs, offered samples to take home to imagine and design our perfect bathroom. Great experience, no issues with delivery. Would recommend!

Dom and Andy at Crewe Easy Bathrooms…
Dom and Andy at Crewe Easy Bathrooms have been very helpful. Any issues have been resolved very easily Dom kept me fully informed regarding the price rises and reductions. When it came to the delivery I saw that it was a curbside delivery and contact Dom to ask for help. She assured me Andy would come out to help me which he did and he stayed and helped me check that I had everything. There was a piece missing and Andy went back to store and reordered this for me.

Verry happy with service provided by…
Verry happy with service provided by Anisha at the Crewe store. She was enthusiastic and helpful, showing us around the different choices in the store and to sit down to design our layout. The products received appear to be of an excellent quality. Easy bathrooms are not the cheapest but I think for the level of quality they are good value.
