Caitlin and the rest of the Petersfield team were super helpful. So much so that we ended up buying more material for our bathroom remodeling from them.
Very flexible, full of ideas, patient and even helped load what were heavy tiles into the car. We would definitely use them again.

We purchased an ensuite from Easy Bathrooms costing almost £13,600. Shortly after installation, the coating on the sink tap (Zena Gunmetal Wall Sink Mixer Tap) began peeling away.
We reported the issue on 4 March 2026 and experienced significant delays, repeated chasing, and a lengthy process before receiving a response. Easy Bathrooms concluded that the damage must have been caused by harsh cleaning chemicals and offered 60% of the retail price towards a replacement tap.
However, we explained that the only product used was Purdy & Fig, a natural cleaning product. We also provided photographs showing that the sink plug and matching bath tap, both cleaned in exactly the same way, remain in perfect condition. This strongly suggests the issue is isolated to the tap itself rather than the cleaning regime.
When spending this amount on a bathroom suite, you expect both quality products and fair after-sales support. Unfortunately, our experience of Easy Bathrooms' customer service has been extremely disappointing. We do not feel the offer made reflects the circumstances or the inconvenience caused.
Furthermore, we do not believe the resolution offered reflects our rights as a consumer when a product develops a fault after such a short period of use
Based on our experience, we would not recommend Easy Bathrooms and would never purchase from them again.

The range on show at Easy Bathrooms Petersfield is outstanding, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. We opted for the convenience of their design and installation service which improved on our original plans for a new cloakroom. Most importantly, the firm and their Installers offered an end-to-end service, which took away the worry of coordinating different trades, was fully insured and guaranteed. One component that had been damaged in transit and a valve that was faulty were replaced without question or delay. Some other items in the comprehensive kit that was delivered proved unnecessary and a refund was given on return. Yes, you could probably shop around and source your own tradesmen and save money, but, if you just want to enjoy your new bathroom, why not choose an “easy” life?

Always a great service from the team at Petersfield branch.

I will start by saying the store was great and the customer service when choosing and ordering the bathroom was very good.
We had our own builders do the install so all Easy had to do was deliver what we’d ordered.
This they failed and failed again.
Late delivery, shower tray faulty meaning we had to source ourselves as they couldn’t redeliver in time, damaged unit (same one twice!) incorrect tiles delivered. Just a total logistics nightmare. They just didn’t get the impact late deliveries and faulty products had in the build.
Things were even worse with their customer service. Store manager tried her best but, no escalation routes. Head of Customer Service wouldn’t talk to me. Regional Manager the same. Head of Retail emailed and totally ignored.
Only route was their standard complaints route.
So they won’t take any feedback on board. No learnings will be gathered anc more customers let down.
The replacement costs and logistics costs will have cost Easy loads but they will not change anything because they simply don’t listen.
Also took almost a month to get a full refund.
They did pay me a nominal compensation but even the tone of the emails on this was poor with references to terms and conditions (always good fof customer relations I find)
Not caring about customers. Not having s complaint escalation route. Not listening to customers so you can improve. 3 signs of a poor company.
Having worked for many years in businesses where customer service was paramount 2 things were vital. Can the customer trust us. Does the Customer feel we care. In both of these Easy Bathrooms failed.
Now I won’t be having another bathroom fitted for many years so maybe they aren’t worried about repeat business from me but reputations matter.
I cannot for one moment recommend Easy Bathrooms even for the ‘easy’ part of just delivering stuff on time and undamaged.

After posting this the following day I got the below reply from Easy Bathrooms.
11 days later still no call.
Clearly an automated reply to low reviews to give the impression they care.
Clearly they do not.
Rubbish customer service continues.
Easy Bathrooms. You have my number.

January update. Still no call. Clearly just don’t care.

Update Jan (2). Finally got a call from Easy. A lovely woman called Hannah phoned me, apologised for both the initial level of customer service and the lack of response to this review.
Listened to the points I raised and hopefully will feed this back to the business so they can learn and improve, which was the thing I wanted to talk to them about.

Popped in for advice and to browse some bathrooms! Bailey was very welcoming and helpful, lovely chap & filled me in on all the “need to knows” lovely experience!

We have ordered a complete en-suite shower room replacement from Easy Bathrooms and all the items supplied were of a high quality and looking fantastic. The customer service at their Petersfield branch was exceptional - particular thanks goes to Gina who was extremely patient and helpful when we had to change the spec of the order and had recommended a suitable replacement items, which we were very happy with. We wouldn't hesitate to order from Easy Bathrooms again.

From start to finish the team at Petersfield were amazing. Gina supported with design, inspiration and communication was amazing. We had to change delivery date and Gina made it all so effortless. Thank you for all your support!

The assistants in the Petersfield shop were really helpful and supportive The products I selected (bath, panel and vanity unit ) are great and I am delighted with my new look bathroom! I changed my mind about ordering a washbasin for my vanity unit (had intended to use my original) and despite the Easter Bank Holiday long weekend the store arranged for me to collect one from their shop within five days Great service

The staff are super helpful, know the stock really well and went out of their way to help me put together an excellent choice of items. The products look brilliant.

Designs and showroom was very helpful. Service was very proactive. Prices were also very good for the quality we received.
