The shop worker (Paul) who served me was very helpful, answered all my questions and even worked out how many tiles I needed for the job i was doing. But I thought the delivery charge was to expensive and didn't like the fact that you can't return unused tiles..

We visited the Sheffield store today to look for help with planning our new bathroom. Kasia and Debbie were fantastic. They could not have been more helpful and more patient. The service was fantastic and we were delighted with the plan they helped us out together.

I ordered a bathroom from the shop and have been disappointed with the overall service. Firstly, the shower purchased didn’t fit and needed swopping. I picked up the delivery charge. I was niggled by this as I had shared all the measurements with the salesperson. Then we were contacted and we had somebody else’s toilet!!! We had to wait around for them to collect it as I said I wasn’t dropping off considering their delivery charges. A member of staff collected it from our house. Finally, the sink, once opened has a large mark on it in a very noticeable place. I contacted customer service and they said it had gone past the 30 days and so there was nothing that could be done. I did remind them that if you open the packages it can’t be returned??? They responded that this is for showers only. I did question the quality control process as the mark is so obvious. I would not recommend this company.

In response to Easy bathrooms comment. I have phoned you on a number of occasions and spoke to customer services. Why should I ring you again? Surely you should be contacting me.

Just good helpful staff at Hillsborough Sheffield

The sink come with the wrong waste and the tap come with the wrong rubber washer to seal it had to run around to find ones to match the waste was one with an overflow and my sink hadn’t got one and it’s threads didn’t go deep enough to tighten it up

Staff were brilliant and there when I needed to make some slight changes. Nothing was too much trouble.
Also bathroom looks amazing ,just what I wanted.
