Very friendly and helpful advice whilst perusing the showroom (and they have a LOT of bathroom furniture on display). No pressure advice. When I decided what I wanted the salesman (Anish, St Albans store) was very efficient and helpful in ordering/delivering. He also have me great advice on fitting (I did it myself). Couldn’t be happier to be honest.

I was little worried about everything in the beginning but eventually everything worked very well. So I am pleased that it worked out seamlessly. It was my first time dealing with Easy Bathroom.

Great service, no sales pressure, great products and after service. Lina was a great (and patient) designer.

We would definitely use Easy Bathrooms again without hesitation. From the showroom to the delivery driver all were polite and helpful. Everything was delivered on time without fuss. We noticed later some damage to one of the items and this was rectified immediately. I can't rate them highly enough.

Bathroom design was not what I requested and quotes were wrong 5+ times.

I have purchased from Easy Bathrooms St Albans on multiple occasions and always had a positive experience. Alex from St Albans branch has always been helpful and a pleasure to deal with! His knowledge of the products and his 3D designs particularly are amazing. The other staff at St Albans (Mark & Lina) are also a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable! I will continue to send my clients to Easy Bathrooms St Albans to select their bathroom products and tiles!

We ended up purchasing an Aqualisa eMotion Electric Shower from Easy Bathrooms after our own extensive and detailed research. I say this in spite of the showroom rep giving us incorrect information in answer to our questions. She said that ALL electric showers need a cold *and hot* water feed (??), and in response to an email question concerning the l, ll and lll settings she said these indicate water flow strength, whereas they are in fact power settings. This is why the St Albans branch gets 2 stars and hopefully does not reflect on all Easy Bathrooms' sales staff.

F/up. Following the above posting I was contacted by the St Albans branch manager via my personal email. He accepted the validity of the comments I had made and said "We strive to ensure our staff is knowledgeable and well-equipped to answer customer questions accurately. We will use your feedback to improve our service". This assurance is very encouraging.
