Brilliant from start to finish

When I went to pickup tile backing boards I had forgotten my credit card. The very helpful employee at the desk suggested he could email my wife with the purchase details and she could pay with her card. This was easily arranged and with payment being sorted out the boards were quickly and carefully placed in my car and a disastrous morning was avoided. Thank you Wakefield Staff 👍
I recommend Easy Bathrooms

Sales person was able to visit our home to understand our requirements. Although unable to undertake the istallation, bcause of the size of the job, they were able to rcommend a plumber who udertook a clean and professional job.

From start to finish we have been impressed with all aspects from when we first came to the showroom in Wakefield and spoke to Craig about the bathroom to when it was installed by Andy professional and relaxed atmosphere whenever we came back to add more items to the order the staff are AMAZING. And we will be back to have another bathroom done downstairs next year

From attending the store in Wakefield to the finished product, fantastic… sat down in store and went through all options available without and push in sales. I had the design put together by Alisa and once finished I was like mmmm wonder if it will look like this but I was promised it will. Once agreed it was easy to see the varied finance options and easy to set up. The fitters who came was fantastic and explained throughout the next steps and you could see big changes daily. It was complete within 10 days and clean and tidy every day. Yes the finished bathroom was like the design and better. The products are high quality and so much better than other high street DIY stores. Look no further if you are looking for a bathroom.

Fantastic experience, the team were friendly, knowledeable and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect bathrooms. Their customer service stood out in terms of resolving any issues quickly and answering any questions.

When I placed my order with another company my computer flashed up with a notification that I could buy my item much cheaper elsewhere which was true. I placed my order and received my item very quickly..... I was very happy.

Unfortunately only one star. Very disappointed with bath i order and customer service.
I purchase bath 2 weeks ago and Unfortunately under protective film that my builder took off after fitting we have found little crack inside bath and another small cracked that was painted. It was difficult to spot this as we have proper refurbishment during that time. I have informed customer service and ask kindly for some help as im bot asking for refund. I ask for service if they can fix this properly as bath was already installed. The informed me that after installing the bath they can't do anything. This is not what I expected when I have ordered new product not second hand, painted because was damaged already at least once.

Well what can I say Alex and all the team at Easy bathrooms were exceptional when they dealt with me. I had a big building project with two bathrooms but it was not straightforward Alex came up with different solutions and was very patient with us as we changed our mind (a lot). We had a problem with some of the tiles we collected Alex and the team stepped up and arranged a return and straight swap out. Talk about reducing our stress fantastic :-) Easy bathrooms wakefield take a bow you were outstanding!!

Alisa came to my house and helped me design my new bathroom. I only had a vague idea what I wanted and her suggestions really worked well.Installer Woody and his team did a great job. Daniel did the main installation and he is a perfectionist. He worked very hard and the finish is beautiful. Everyone who has seen it is very impressed. The costs have been reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Xxx

Great service from the Wakefield branch particularly Dominika who helped us through the design stage and order and was brilliant. Stopped short of 5 stars overall because the bath was delivered damaged and delayed the fitting slightly, but was able to be replaced with no fuss.

on29/11/24 I paid a deposit of £2538.96 2 weeks later a survey was done and I was told they could not start until 7/4/25 (17 weeks later) A request for the full balance of £10149.81 had to be made 2 weeks before delivery. I paid this on 13/3/25 I was then told that the start date was delayed until 27/4/25.
As a sweetner I was promised a refund of £300 and a bathroom cabinet. Nothing has been sent after many calls no returned calls made and no answers to emails also electrical work was done but no certificate has been sent be warned this company is totally unreliable.

From walking into the showroom to the finished bathroom, nothing was too much for the Easy Bathrooms team.
We saw Craig for our measure up and design. He listened to what we wanted and gave us his opinion and knowledge on the parts we were not sure about. We had a few changes we made prior to ordering and one stock issue with the wall tiles we picked. It was all easily sorted in store with Craig.
Jordan was the main guy that fitted our new bathroom and did amazing work. It was a full rip out and change around so there was a massive amount of work. Nothing was too big a job for him, he answered all our questions and reassured us what should be happening each day of the project. The finished result was our beautiful new bathroom.
I will highly recommend Easy Bathrooms to everyone.

Number of damages to property including damages to wallpaper on landing. Hole drilled for new radiator went straight through wall still waiting for this to be repaired. Water leak for 4 days when using hot water upstairs dripping through kitchen roof. Had to have a Hole cut in kitchen ceiling. I need to buy paint to remedy all paintwork after plaster repair in spare bedroom.also was waiting for a total knee replacement and ended 3carrying old bathroom out and carrying anthracite tray up stairs as there was only 1 fitter also had to go to plumbase for fittings for him bathroom now looks beautiful. Just a shame about the rest of the house they damaged

the staff at wakefield are great -very helpful- and recognized me on return visits . no pressure to buy and good prices

I recently designed and ordered my bathroom with Dom in the Wakefield branch. He was incredibly helpful and created a full design of what the bathroom would look like and one within my budget. He also helped me find a local installer. He answered all my questions and offered suggestions of alternatives that better conplimented each other. I have yet to have it delivered and installed but everything is on schedule and couldn't be happier with the service so far. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future bathroom refurbs . Very Helpful staff no problems at all great service

Gina at the Barnsley Store, Twibell St, Barnsley was wonderful to deal with. Always greeted up with a big smile and helpful manner.
A real asset to the company.
Also the guys at the Wakefield Warehouse we were very organised and helpful.

Personnel were helpful without any pressure
