Good service

We went into store and Shannon was super helpful, knowledgeable and also very patient with myself and together we created the perfect bathroom for our family to use for years to come, we also needed some extra tiles and support while our bathroom was being fitted and the staff in store have all been super helpful and always around for support. So thank you for being wonderful, the bathroom looks amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible aftersales.

Staff at store helpful and products are very decent.

Purchased 3 whole suites, received 2 boxes of the wrong tiles and a mismatched shower cubicle. To make matters worse, product naming doesn't match the orders on their system which makes it impossible for customers to make sure the correct items are ordered.

So we were sent a correct side panel and the wrong and a completely different, non-matching sliding-door.

To add salt to the wound, the expectation is that products should be inspected carefully in the box or forget any prospect of returns/ exchange.

At store level, a good experience (despite the misordering) but as a company, terrible after-sales policies.

Update:

Sales order number was 2049913. We were very clear that we wanted to order a Fabio cubicle for our family bathroom.

It was clearly an ordering error by staff as it is senseless to order a Fabio side panel and a Ryland sliding door which do not even fit together.

When I queried the (multiple) mismatches in naming when ordering, was told by staff that product names on website do not always match names on the system (which is true).

Of the many items ordered, 2 boxes of tiles were a completely different colour (which thankfully we managed to complete tiling) and a sliding door which is wrong and does not match.

Was told by store that the company is unlikely to refund/ exchange item due to it being boxless although this is a clear error during ordering.

Still awaiting customer service to respond.

Excellent service throughout the process with easy and efficient communication.

He was warm , friendly and nothing was to much trouble as wasn’t sure what I needed and my wife is terrible at making decisions but he guided her brilliantly!

Matt at the Warrington store was brilliant from start to finish

I entered the Warrington store and I was offered assistance by a guy called Matt, think he was the Manager. He could not do enough for my wife and I. He showed us some designs which we have taken the ideas home to make our decision, we will then return to make our purchase. It’s very rare to get customer service these days! Thanks Matt
