The staff here are so miserable and clearly don't seem to want sales. It's no wonder the store is quiet! Travel that bit further and visit Telford or Stourbridge instead. The staff are extremely helpful there.

They took all the materials and loaded them into my boot.

Good service and customer knowledge on planning. Delivery was a bit hit and miss when some parts arrived on different days. Purchased extra part that was no longer needed but was unable to return it. This was a bit disappointing. But my bathroom looks great and the quality is excellent

Real good service. Given lots of help and suggestions that got us to our end result which we love. Got a good discount as well. Very pleased. I have recommended them to several of our friends.

Bad slow time service too late

My second time using easy bathrooms, always a pleasure. Neil was very helpful and gave me advice on the products to suit . He has excellent product knowledge. Would definitely recommend

Staff really helpfull and

I visited the Easy Bathrooms showroom in Wolverhampton on the 8th of July, hoping to get help with a full bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

As I walked in, both staff members were sat at their desks. Neither acknowledged me, not even a simple “hello” or offer of assistance. At first, I assumed they might be busy, but that clearly wasn’t the case. Over the next 15 minutes, I watched as they got up from their stations multiple times to talk amongst themselves, still not once acknowledging me or asking if I needed any help.

I spent time browsing the displays and taking pictures of items I was genuinely interested in. I was the only customer there, yet I felt completely invisible. It became clear I wasn’t going to get any assistance unless I actively sought it out, which I don’t think should be necessary in a customer-facing showroom.

I eventually left feeling ignored and frustrated. Thankfully, I visited another bathroom showroom the following day, where I was met by friendly, knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to assist. Not only did I place my full bathroom order there, but due to their excellent service, I also ended up purchasing additional items, and even ordered pieces for my kitchen too. A great example of how good customer service makes all the difference.

I was able to order and pick up at another store, but also the staff were friendly and easy for me to make a change in my order prior to it being dispatched of course.
