Great service, quick delivery, quality parts!

My last order never arrived, update, it finally arrived but at the wrong address, that’s down to Royal Mail

Fast turnaround, great communication.
Sadly the bottom bearing wasn't the right one for my 2016 Diverge, but fortunately I was able to find it locally.

The Cannondale bearings I also ordered were spot on, so thanks for that.

This product is a great idea to fix the problem of hoses running through headset bearings on frames that do not allow other ways to run cables, although the end result still has its own downfalls and I won’t be running the product unfortunately. Hoses and cables are damaged by the stem when the bars turn

DO NOT TRUST! Absolutely a SCAM.
Ordered item with reasonable lead time. Item never arrived after a month. Royal Mail Tracking number was fake and no reply from customer service. Have requested a refund and no reply again, have reached out on their instagram but once again no reply.

If you want your money taken for nothing then go ahead and order from “easy bike parts”

Was anything but easy trying to get a response from them.

Please save your money and time and go elsewhere.

With regards tracking number, I understand that it will only update once it has been delivered, but my order never arrived, so there for either the item was never sent, or lost in transit either way. I want a refund it’s been over a month.

It took a little while to receive the headset because international shipping and tariffs, but was worth the wait.

Way better than Orbea Wild OEM headset. Very easy to install and now it smooth as butter.

Regardless of the location - I am in the US, Easybikeparts communication and response to my question and how easy they made it for me to purchase replacement parts was awesome. I am also a very happy customer to their version of levers for SRAM Guide brakes. Thank you and great job!! Look forward to see more items in your inventory.

Very impressed with the service, ordered the bearings I required and they arrived very promptly.

Unfortunately one of the bearings was the wrong size so I contacted easybikeparts and explained, they were more than helpful and agreed to post out the correct size bearing I needed at no extra cost!

Easy to use site and quick delivery

Already paid but no clue where my pack is. After purchasing got a shipment notice in two days, and everything looked dandy. But tracking number does not elicit response from RoyalMail's webpage, even after seven days.

Top notch service and product.
I emaild them to see if there internal routed headset cup would work with my bike , and got a reply very quickly .
I then oedered the part wich arived quickly .
The quality is amazing , very impressed with easy bike parts .

I ordered two small frame bushings and the estimation was 1-2 days but haven't heard any updates or notices from them or a shipping company yet. Reached out via email and insta and haven't heard back yet. Been a couple days now getting worried
