Please do not use these people to send your money. They have lost mine twice and are now ignoring my mails when I'm are trying to get the relevant paper work, so competent people in SA can trace the money. As they will not help me trace it.

very quick and easy, takes all the pain of forex transactions a thing of the past

Pros:
- Service has always been reliable, transfers always on time (5 working days)
- Transfer fee seems fair / cheap even
Cons:
- Exchange rate could be better
- Site is a little outdated, could be easier to navigate
- Would also be easier if I didn't have to open separate window to make payment to Barclays bank account, that should be built into the site!

I have been using Easy exchange for a number of years and I continue to do so because it is an effective way of transferring money across to south Africa to help my mum and dad. Easy exchange is reliable and when you have a problem you are able to contact them directly and they have always been very helpful and very efficient. Easy exchange has enable me to send money regularly to help my parents which is essential for them. I have full peace of mind when using easy exchange and will continue to recommend their services.

Reliable service and has never experienced any problems

I have been using Easy Exchange for about 2 years now and will continue to use it and have recommended it to several friends. My latest transfer was delayed by a week as someone had missed my transfer off the list but immediately rectified that after I followed up via email. So I would only suggest that you implement some automated internal control or reconciliation to catch this sort of human error (which is bound to happen every so often)...at least this way you don't have to wait for a client to query it! It does exactly what it says on the tin, simple, reliable, efficient and inexpensive money transfers. I would recommend the service without hesitation.

Once registered, it is a very easy process to get your money transfered. Unfortunately the exchange rate was not tops and the transfer fee a bit high in comparison to their competitors.

i have loads of family in South Africa. Easy exchange enabled me to send money for Birthdays, weddings and even when help was needed for medical emergencies. They are very quick and reliable.

Easy to use once set up

I have used Easy Exchange for a few years and I am happy with the service they offer. Rates are always better than what my Bank offers and the cost of transfer is much cheaper.

I've been using Easy Exchange for many years and they have always offered the best exchange rates - better than their competitors. They offer a fee based on the number of transfers on the day, so you can grab yourself a bargain if you happen to transfer at the right time. My funds also cleared very quickly in my South African bank account ... until this month (thanks to new policies introduced by the SA government). It would be nice if EasyExchange can offer a service to assist with the new policy in South Africa on transferring money from overseas. I got a rather confusing email from my SA bank regarding my funds transfer - still waiting for more clarity from my bank; seems like they think I'm in the export business.

Easy Exchange provide an easy to use service to transfer money very cheaply to a number of countries. Once you are set-up it only takes a couple of clicks. What a joy compared to using a Bank for this!
