Poor customer service
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order I placed for a JBL PartyBox Ultimate 1000 at the Easyhome store on Stony Plain Road in Edmonton on May 22, 2026.
As of today, June 17, 2026, I still have not received any meaningful update on the status of my order. Each time I have contacted the store, I have simply been told that the item was ordered and that I would be contacted when it arrives. Unfortunately, no one has been able to provide me with a timeline or any additional information.
What is particularly concerning is that after I advised the store yesterday that I was waiting for a call from the Regional Manager regarding this issue, my references were contacted. In my opinion, this should have been addressed before the order was processed, not several weeks later after I had already been following up on the order.
I also attempted to transfer my business to another Easyhome location but was informed that I could not do so because I had already started the process with this store.
I understand that delays can happen; however, the lack of communication, the absence of updates, and the handling of this situation have left me very dissatisfied with the customer service I have received. I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my order and an explanation of the delay.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
I believe the lady name that’s been helping me was Cheyanne, I’ve ask multiple time for the ladies name and she would not give it to me.
I called customer service three days ago and got nowhere so why would I call again.

Awesome experience.
Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff. Staff takes their time with customers. Very relaxing and stress free experience.
I weent into the store looking for a living room set. Salesperson was honest about the size of the couch and love seat compared to my living room dimensions.
Salesperson did not push me to buy a certain set. I was able to sit on each set more than once to compare how low/high the cushions were for my mobility issues. He went above and beyond my expectations. The staff even took the time to unpack the smaller set so I could sit on the love seat to see if my feet could touch the floor. The set was a recliner. He made sure that I could sit with my back against the back without any spaces and get off the love seat without any trouble.
this was the fifth time I have made a purchase from their store.

Very happy with the great service that Hassani has provided me with. They have answered all of my questions and provided me with a great stove and just recently purchased a refrigerator. Would highly recommend Easy Home Store 517 Thunder Bay

They give great prices, deals and discounts that work for your budget. If something doesn't work out for you, they do their best to find something that does. One of May perks, is being able to help rebuild your credit score. I've been with easy home for a long time and I'll continue to be a customer with them!

Both of my orders were returned with…
Both of my orders were returned with little notice (within hours of the furniture being taken). I was given no reason by the staff as to why my delivered furniture was being taken away and had call multiple numbers in order for someone to tell me that it’s “out of their hands” and “nothing they could do”. It is ridiculous to think you can call a client and tell them their furniture is being taken from them and not be able to give them a reason. Calling head office resulted in being told I will be contacted in 2-4 business days. I’ve happily closed both of my accounts and will never be shopping with them in the future or recommending them to anyone. The staff at the Marystown store are kind, friendly and professional however they are not given the information they need when it comes to returning products and it’s a clear show of poor management.

Tried to get a loan after paying into my furniture for 2 years and keep getting told no, I applied for $2000 the last time and was just told no, so once my furniture is paid off I will not be using easy home again and definitely won’t be recommending to anyone else anymore either

Vanessa was super helpful and efficient. She was able to find me a better living room set as the one I originally picked was unavailable. This one at an even better price and in a timely manner. So far an uncomplicated and positive experience.
