Ich bin rundum begeistert von dem freundlichen und kompetenten Kundenservice von Steiner Shopping - die Verfügbarkeit der benötigten Ersatzteile wurde geprüft und zügig bestätigt, sodass ich die Teile alsbald tauschen und das Etagenbett wieder verwenden kann. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Steiner Shopping Möbel bestellen.

Absolut zufrieden
Die Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert, eines der Teile hatte leider Markierungen, die sich nicht entfernen ließen. Der Kundendienst war aber ausgesprochen freundlich und wir sind schnell und unkompliziert zu einer Lösung gekommen.
Die Qualität lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Ich hätte mir eine besser kopierte Anleitung gewünscht, teilweise waren die Beschriftungen nur sehr schwer zu lesen, es war aber kein Problem.
Positiv anzumerken ist auch, dass von fast allen Schrauben ein paar mehr als benötigt dabei waren.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen unsere heimischen Händler zu unterstützen, anstatt immer im Ausland einzukaufen :-)

Unreliable
I ordered a set of furniture in November 2023 (five items). It is currently April 2024 and still only one item has arrived. The furniture is very good quality, but the delivery and customer service is awful. Every time I call they say 'next week'. I think they sell items they don't have in stock, and then try to source them.
I recommend avoiding this company, but if you do deal with them, insist on paying cash on delivery. I plan to issue a betreibungsauszug to try to get my money back.

First of all, we are deeply sorry for all the troubles we have caused you.
I have tried to call you before, but you were not available at the time. That is why I sent you an e-mail regarding the status of your order.
All remaining goods will leave our warehouse next Monday. After that we will keep an eye on the delivery, so that nothing goes wrong again.
In addition to that, I will talk to my colleagues regarding the problem. It is definitely not normal for us that a delivery takes that long.
In general: We are a 48-year-old family business. Since day 1 our 450 employees always try their best to satisfy every customer in the best way possible.
Again, we are deeply sorry for all the issues. Nevertheless, we are 100 % sure that we will solve this case optimally.
