Don’t even want to give it a star
I have reported this company to Scotland Yard fraud team shame on Expedia for working with this company.
They have took my money no flights provided kept being told someone will call me back in 30 minutes still waiting for phone call !!! Better yet each time I ring they have the absolute cheek to try and get more money out of me saying the airline has only got premium seats available yeah one sec mate just get me card !!! 😡. Still waiting for refund or manager to call me back ! Supposed to be based in uk in london it’s registered as in the gov.uk site nope all Indian people I have spoke to !! They now have blocked my number and continue to block each number I’m ringing on asking for my refund coz guess what that half hour we’ll it’s been 13 hours waiting for a call back thieving scum DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scammers don’t believe them guys this company and employees both are stupid and scam everyone, just give them -0 star and review honestly if they are front of me I can sue them. Make me very disappointed

What a waste of time in getting tickets sorted out in this company. Never again proceed or book tickets at this place ever. Customer service dont provide solution and go round in circles. Anyone trying to get cheap prices should totally atleast avoid this company EMT for sure.

Do not even deserve 1 star. My card got declined so never made booking only to find out a day later they still took the money had no email nothing to confirm a booking had made. Requested to return my money and would not do so. 23 calls later 6 emails 6 texts and I finally got it back after 5 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would have given a negative rating if there was an option. EMT charges highest convenience fee, scams and take advantage of customers in case of flight cancellation and even in case of full refund by the airline. I would never book a trip again with EMT and would not recommend anyone to book through it. Very bad experience with customer care.

My refund came eventually, thanks to Trustpilot and also Mr. Zeeshan Zafar, Manager, social media, EMT, who was kind enough to read and take action on my grievance, which earlier no one was heeding to since last two and half months. Thank you for enabling me to trust EMT again.

After 30 min filling data I click on Make payment button and nothing happens.

To much easy for travel bookings, I recommend to this app for all travellers

It has been great experience with the easemytrip, The refund process is so easy and experience of the application is also good. The customer support is nice as well.
