I have never subscribed to their plan and they charged my credit card via apple pay today 2,56eur. It's a huge scam.

Got a ticket for being 10 min late. Paid parking but they don't have any grace period. Ticket is $90. no discount either. Customer service didn't budget either.

No lespongo CERO porque no se puede. Primero me cobran 15 euros por un mes donde el gasto total fue menos de 1 euro y fue un engaño promocional. No pude obtener reembolso por más que lo intenté y ni siquiera se interesan, y ahora no puedo desinstalar la app ni borrar mi cuenta con todos mis datos. Veremos si denuncio.. Nefasto servicio y engaño total. La app pata aparcar está bien, pero hayMUCHAS igual de efectivas.VERGONZOSO

Son gentuza. Me llevan robando 7 euros desde agosto. No hay manera de darse de baja por una suscripción que se han inventado ellos. Yo nunca me suscribí a nada. Cuidado con esta gente. Roba y luego no hay manera de ponerte en contacto con ellos. Gentuza!

Systemfejl har deaktiveret kameraparkering uden jeg er informeret har nu kostet mig en bøde. EasyPark svar er det kun kan ske hvis jeg selv gør det eller en anden opretter med min nummerplade. Det ville klæde jer at erkende at I laver fejl!

Me llamaron para preguntarme si queria una factura mensual . A fin de mes me cobraron casi 7 euros por ella. Me quejé y no me devuelven el dinero. Las facturas por ley deben ser gratis.

Una ESTAFA. Me activaron una suscripción que se cobra todos los meses y ni aparece en mi cuenta. Hablo con ellos y me dicen que es lo que hay.

This company has taken £2.50 from my credit card every month. I have no recollection of them and have not signed up to any subscription with them. I must have parked in a car park in Spain and paid for it through them, but had no indication of a subscription at that time. Absolute charlatans.

Slechte service!
Volg je netjes de mail om je af te melden (met succes melding) van abonnement en krijg je vervolgens alsnog een factuur. Neem je contact en zeggen ze dat ze het nu wel kunnen sluiten en dat ik gewoon factuur moet betalen. Mij zal je met zulke service niet terug krijgen

The worst ever experience! Deleted my account, but they are still charging 5 CHF each month, not possible to reach any support. Will need to block my card because of this terrible App

Awful company, bad attitude, they guided me to a families house where I parked up, they took my money and then charged me ANOTHER £14, when I questioned it he just said “check your T&C’s” - when I arrived back in the UK they were in helpful, didn’t explain where they would be collecting us (by the way they use a terrible, scruffy smelly MVP which I’d be surprised if it’s road legal) - I gave them good time and they took nearly an hour to collect us…please do not use…others who had booked were all disappointed by their experience…you end up having to pay more anyway because these con more money out of you…this company needs to be closed down and the directors banned

Furchtbarer Kundenservice, Finger weg! Ich habe am 24.12. Nachmittags in einer blauen Zone geparkt. Irrtümlich habe ich über die App einen Parkvorgang gestartet da ich nicht gesehen habe, dass am Parkscheinautomat stand dass am 24.12. gratis parken gilt! Auf Reklamation wurde die Bitte um Gutschrift verweigert, einfach so. App wird gelöscht, die 29 Cent Gebühren sind ohnehin überzogenen.

Quiero eliminar mi cuenta por un problema que tuve. Imposible, sigo las instrucciones pero no me la elimina. Intento contactar con ellos y me remiten a la página web o al chatbot, pero sólo me dan las instrucciones generales.
NO CONSIGO ELIMINAR MI CUENTA NI DESINSTALAR LA APP

Utilizo diversas aplicaciones (Teloark, Paymeter…) y jamás he tenido el más mínimo problema; EASYPARK me pretende cobrar por un servicio que no he utilizado jamás, igual resulta que entre sus directivos hay algún amigote del PP ó del PSOE y pretenden mantener bien alta la MARCA ESPAÑA (ladrones estafadores y mafiosos).

They charged me for a space that didn't exist. Refused a refund without crazy evidence. Left me and my pregnant wife stranded.

EasyPark has shown to be an unreliable company, and their customer service is extremely disappointing. I parked my car and paid in the correct zone, yet I still received a fine from PARKON. When I contacted EasyPark, they initially confirmed that I had indeed parked in the right zone and advised me to send the confirmation to PARKON.

However, two weeks later, an additional 10 CHF was added to the original 50 CHF fine. When I reached out to EasyPark again, they suddenly claimed the issue was not their responsibility and told me to contact PARKON directly.

EasyPark does not even deserve one star.
I strongly recommend NOT using their app.

I'm employed by a business that has Easy Park manage the parking. I had my car registered with them so I could park for free, but recently purchased a new vehicle with a new plate. I parked the new vehicle at 6:20pm, went into the business and registered my new plate within 15 minutes of parking. They had already issued a ticket at 6:23pm - 3 minutes after I parked! They refused to void it as I registered late.

The carpark attached to where I work has adopted the Easypark system. I had to download an app, register and be authorised by email, etc. Trying to park, I couldn't access the carpark via the boomgates. Communicating withe intercom I was very rudely told I must not have done something correctly and I cannot use the carpark. Emailed Easypark and they basically did not offer any solutions, just to try again.

Hanno fatto la stessa cosa con me...mi hanno attivato un addebito sulla carta di credito di 10,00 ogni mese...io il servizio lo uso pochissimo ,...ed è 4 mesi che cerco di contattare perché non riesco nemmeno a chiudere l'account...sono truffatori
