Love using Essy Way in Cancun! The host at the airport is always there to greet you and situate you for the curbside pickup. Counter staff at the office are always kind and friendly. You cannot beat the rates. In fact, all staff are very warm and friendly.

I will rent again. But this year I was not as happy with the actual car. It seemed like it was on its last legs. I did not feel unsafe but did not feel confident. Aside that service and accessibility as well as value were still great.

Best place to rent from in Cancun. Great cars! Good prices! Fabulous service!

They picked us up on time the car was nice and we were able to drive away 10 minutes after arrival to their office . Drop off was even easiest and they were able to drive us back to the airport

Great communication. simple process.

The staff was nice; you check the car with them (don't forget to open the hood) and they note everything. I took the full coverage anyway, so I had nothing to worry about. Returning the car took 1 min.

Rented a Mirage compact car for simple traveling, upon arrival I received an upgrade which was crashed from behind, trunk wouldn't close, cracked brake lights and they actually expected me to take it. After complaining and telling me they have no more cars even if I paid more (since I didn't have a choice) one of the managers let up and gave me a decent replacement that just had arrived. in the end they made up for it. Plan ahead since uber is non existent.

It was perfect !
The only thing is that the full insurance should cover tires and glasses
You'll know why when you'll get the roads ! ;)

Great experience. You can trust this company. We read a ton of reviews and realized that easy way was the easy winner, so we tried it. It was the better part of our vacation. We rented two small cars which was cheaper than one bigger car for our family. We got manuals which were a ton of fun. We thought we were getting some small Chevy's, but we got small Fiats. They were great fun, and nice little cars. Nothing fancy, but we're not fancy folks. They met us at the airport. This party is tricky. Exit the building, then go through a small walkway to the left. That's where they are standing. They had two vans to pick up our family. We got to easy way right away. It didn't take long to get our cars and we were off. Drop off seemed even easier. We brought the car's back, they checked them out and got us a shuttle van right away. Easy way really is the best way!

Polite, efficient, car ok, pick-up at the hotel, everything perfect! The only thing is that you have to be aware that taxes apply on the quotation, so the final price is set accordinly.

They really do make it easy. They picked us up at the airport, and got us back to their office. The car was in decent shape and clean. They give you information and an emergency card in case you get a ticket or get in an accident so you will know who to call(we didn’t need it). For about 25$ , they arranged a transfer to the Isla Mujares Ferry for us. This was my second time using this company and will definitely use again!

Easy Way provided prompt pick-up service at the airport to their location (only 5 minutes away), which can be a big difficult to navigate to when returning the vehicle (locating the driveway/access to the office).
There were no hidden charges. Insurance is expensive depending on what you choose however this is the case with all rental companies in Mexico.
The vehicle worked well with no issues for the 2 week rental. It did have a number of dings/dents however, this doesn't affect the ride.
Once at the office, the return was painless and quick. We were promptly returned to the airport. All Easy Way staff were professional and courteous. We would use their services again.

Quick and efficient service provided. No issues with the cars and returning is a breeze. Highly recommend this company if you’re renting a car after flying into Cancun. I always get the CDW for peace of mind. For the record, don’t follow the gaggle of people streaming out of the airport to the pick-up area where all the buses and taxi’s are waiting. To get picked up by Easy Way you need to exit the terminal where “Friends and family” get picked up. If you ask someone, they’ll point you in the right direction. Basically, it’s the drop off point for people “departing” Cancun. Instead of turning left towards the buses, keep walking straight and out the doors to the departures sidewalk where everyone gets dropped off for departures. There, on the other side of those doors, you’ll find your Easy Way rep and he’ll take you to their off site location to get your car. Easy, peasy!!!

Excellent service.
The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable was that on our arrival the car was not there. We had to wait around 10-15min for the car to come. After that everything was seamless.

Great customer service and the registration was nice and easy.

Many of the car rental companies in Cancun share misleading pricing, Easy Way was upfront about pricing, coached on how and where to buy gas, and gave directions to my location. The car was clean and a well selected model. They picked me up at the airport with a sign with my name on it. Only thing I’d suggest is installing a bigger sign at their location because it is hard to find when dropping off the car.

We had an excellent experience dealing with this company when we rented a car for five weeks in January, 2020. They were at the airport waiting for us as promised, the car was exactly as described online, and they adjusted the price down somewhat for us. Overall, everything was excellent and we would not hesitate to rent from them again.
