The food tastes great and easy to make, delivery was quick, customer service has always been so helpful and it's low cal and vegan so it fits into my lifestyle perfectly. What more could you want! Yum!!! I ordered the mix of 6, it arrived quickly in the post. They are so handy for lunch for work and also delicious! I can add roast veg and spinach to half a pouch for a filling, healthy and great lunch!

The customer service is incredibly slow if something goes wrong. My parcel arrived in the most beaten up box and the pouches all looked like they’d been kicked around (although they were still sealed!). The chickpea pouches all taste pretty similar. Fairly unexciting but good to have in the cupboard. I have given 2 stars based on the very disappointing customer service - the pouches would have got a 3 star from me!

EDIT - Shane, I have sent emails after the delivery and received no reply. The meals arrived in the most chaotic packaging. I have been emailing Agnes. Perhaps she no longer works for the company? Also, my neighbour didn’t sign for a parcel for me. Thanks.
