The website offers a 30 day refund on all unopened items and yet customer services says they cannot be returned, does this not go against trading standards

Firstly, I love the company, love the fact that the protein powder is dairy and soya free and love the fact that it's woman focused. However, I just cannot get over the sickly sweet, saccharine taste. In fairness, I've never used protein powder before so maybe this is a universal problem but it taste so fake and sweet that it's hard to want to drink or use it. I tried mixing it into my oats and that was a mistake- it somehow got even sweeter! It's a real shame as it was very helpful in meeting my protein goals and I didn't have any negative digestive problems but I won't be buying it again.

The collagen is incredible, I’m so annoyed I wasted my money on other products for the last 2 years! As this not only taste's better but has so much more in it!

I’m currently following a Herbalife plan with two shakes a day and one balanced meal. One challenge I’ve found is that the range of high-protein snacks available is quite limited, and many of them aren’t particularly enjoyable. As a Type 1 diabetic, I also need snacks that are low in carbohydrates while still being satisfying, so finding suitable options hasn’t been easy.

After discovering EatProtein, I decided to try the Build Your Own 12 Snack Box. I opted for a smaller order initially, just to see whether the products lived up to the reviews.

The day my order arrived, I immediately tried the Cheddar Cheese Nachos—and wow! They were absolutely delicious. Since then, I’ve worked my way through the rest of the box, and every snack has been equally impressive. They’re incredibly tasty, satisfyingly crunchy, high in protein, and fit perfectly with my dietary goals.

The chocolate snacks deserve a special mention. They genuinely feel like a treat, delivering all the flavour and satisfaction of a regular chocolate bar, but without the high sugar, carb, and calorie content.

Thank you EatProtein for creating a range of snacks that not only support a healthy lifestyle but also taste every bit as good, if not better, than many of the standard snacks you’d find in the supermarket. I’ll definitely be ordering again, as these have now become my go-to snacks.

Good product but not keen on vanilla taste

This tastes lovely,pleasant and refreshing. My nails seem to look better and seeing some improvement in my skin.

Love the crisps & snacks. Great portion size, yum flavours & incredible crunch. I'm telling all my keto friends. Have ordered more already.

Loving the crisps I ordered. High in protein and a small bag of 25g is surprisingly filling!
I got a free sample of the proteinteasers and they were very good, so I will add them to my next order.

EatProtein snacks are the only ones I eat. They give me the crunch and taste that I miss being diabetic and having to avoid traditional potato snacks.

I went for so long missing out until I discovered these snacks. My favorites are the Cheese Nachos and the Cheese and Onion Crisps. Fabulous.

Easy to order and quick delivery. However, I really dislike the powder. I ordered vanilla. Mixed according to instructions in milk. Way too sweet for me and a distinct aftertaste of stevia. Also very 'grainy'. Couldnt drink it and will probably throw the rest away, hence 3 stars.

Easy to order, good product, arrived as expected

I am giving four stars instead of five because I still have to reap the long term benefit of taking protein powder but for now I like the taste and it does not make me bloat and I also feel an increase in energy and I definitely feel less crash in the afternoon so I would buy this product from this brand again
