The phone was answered every time in a timely manner. Bryn was knowledgable, helpful and informative. It made me want to buy from ebikerepublic.
Delivery was a positive experience with calls to advise the day and later the time of delivery. I had a problem with the seat post supplied by the manufacturer, but Bryn quickly came up with options and helped to resolve the issue. I have had so many past experiences where I have visited a shop and found that I know more about the shops products than those working in the shop, consequently this has been a refreshening experience albeit that everything was done on the phone and by email and I would recommend them to you.

Bryn listened to what I had to say , he explained about the new bike , but also allowed me to discuss with him , the problems of my present bike , and gave me answers, so I realised I just had the wrong bike for me !
I was worried because it is a bigger bike , but needn't have because it was perfect, infact I rode it home

Had 2 electric bikes for service
Had 2 electric bikes that needed batteries checking and servicing. Excellent service from Bryn at Ebike republic! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Would certainly buy the next EB from them.

Prompt and friendly service!
I ordered a bike with eBike Republic through the cycle2work scheme recently. once my application had been approved, I was contacted very promptly to arrange a pickup/delivery date for my new bike. Bryn was incredibly prompt with his responses and easy to communicate with, I wasn't sure if we would be able to get something confirmed before I was back in the office as I emailed on Friday afternoon (admittedly very late in the day), but Bryn responded on the following Monday to confirm they could deliver the bike that very day, and within 1.5hrs of his email he had arrived at my building with my bike in hand! he gave a clear run through of the bike's features and how to use it, how to take care of the battery, and that was that. he was very friendly and informative, overall a good customer experience.
I have since been using the bike in question to cycle to work and other places multiple times a week, and it has been brilliant so far. can't fault it, it's the best bike I've had! my partner is so jealous he might be getting one too in the future haha!

Staff very helpful and informative whilst I was looking and purchasing my first ever e-bike (Alba City 2). The team know their stuff so you trust the quality that they have on offer.
The purchase was followed up with a very nice email and easy breakdown to remind me of what I needed to know about my new e-bike.

Great knowledge and service
The staff at Ebikerepublic have been very helpful and never tried to 'sell' me a bike. They simply showed the products available and let me decide. They also allowed me to test and discuss and range of bikes, so that I could get the best tool for the job.
I've had the e-bike a few weeks and am very happy with is so far. It has improved my commute!

thinking of getting an ebike?
my first foray into a ebike have not rode a bike for around thirty years i asked david a ton of questions he even checked the dog trailer hitch would fit my choice of bike was the ecobike lx step thru purchased on a wenesday delivered thursday fully assembled and ready to go my first ride was like a white knuckle ride wow brilliant bike and brilliant service if you are looking for an ebike give this shop a try

I HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY NEW ECOBIKE MX NEXUS FROM EBIKE REPUBLIC...DELIVERED FULLY ASSEMBLED BY BRYAN,WHO SPENT TIME AFTER A 5 HOUR DRIVE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE BIKE AND HOW TO LOOK AFTER IT.
THE BIKE IS EXCELLENT AND IT LOOKS MUCH BETTER IN REAL LIFE THAN IT DOES IN THE PICTURES.

Slight delay on sorting a replacement…
Slight delay on sorting a replacement motor hub but their communication throughout was excellent and they got the issue sorted so all good and nice that several years after a bike purchase they were still super helpful with after sale service.
