The product is fine, but this company lied on customs paperwork which resulted in extra fees and a large fine from customs and excise. The product was good, but be prepared to pay significant additional fees (my penalty was almost 600usd). Anne promised to refund me 300usd but has continued to promise for months without following through

i bought an mtx 39 front wheel thru axle for £100. it came a little scratched on the rim and on the hub (where the axle goes thru) i don’t care if it was a little bit scratched, im paying 100 great british pounds for a “brand new” product. delivery was fast, i got refunded £10. However i am sure you can understand my frustration when i pay for something new and expect it to be 100% perfect

Components probably a touch more expensive than on amazon / ebay but still competitive. Big bonus is getting the parts in 3 days rather than 3 weeks waiting on them comining from America and China

Great costumer service, Top ebike conversion kit and fast delivery.

Initially great purchase experience and quick delivery with immediate replies however zero customer support when you have issues. Simply ignores emails and online chat messages. So if you have an issue good luck you are on your own.

I recently ordered a Conversion kit, the quality was excellent but most importantly they had excellent customer care before and after service. They answered my questions promptly and were extremely helpful setting up my display. They replaced a part next day delivery. Honestly I wasn't expecting much due to past experience with online shops but have been very surprised with their service. They have been excellent, I would recommend.

Der Ebike Solutions-Mitarbeiter in Heidelberg ist zwar ansatzweise höflich, weist aber meine Bitte um Reparatur schroff ab, auch wenn ich darum bitte, mir im hiesigen Urlaub zu helfen (keine elektrische Unterstützung vom E-Bike Motor). Mein Problem hörte man sich nicht einmal an! Man habe viel zu tun! Ein gut geführter Laden mit der Bezeichnung "Solutions" (Lösungen) sollte für Notfälle eines Urlaubers ein tägl. Zeitfenster freihalten. Wenn kein Notfall kommt, kann der Händler sein übriges Programm einfach vorziehen.
