It really be your own people! Placed an order in December it took over 3 months to receive the products. Judging by the other reviews I’m the only one who has received their order which is sad because the artwork is actually very nice. Customer service absolutely ATROCIOUS, multiple emails ignored and empty promises of “sorry for the delay” “you should receive tracking soon” “we sent out a free gift”(Never received). I was so close to calling my bank and it came in that same weekend. Proceed with the utmost caution, I’m only giving 2 stars because I’d like to see a black business win but Ebonic Embrace get your ish together.

Very disappointed have email them three times with no response I made my purchase one month ago they said they would send me a tracking number but still nothing very upset please do not buy from these guys they have no customer service and seem to be scamming people

Ordered paintings on 12/31 and it’s March and still haven’t received them!! The communication sucks! I’m planning on contacting my bank to get a full refund! The art work is beautiful but I think it’s a scam!! Going on 3 months and no updates or products! It’s absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER FROM Ebonic Embrace. You send emails with no response and when you do they answer with a someone will get back to you as soon as we can, then they don’t! No apologies, no we will check into your order, nothing!!

This retailer is HORRIBLE at communicating. I ordered art on 12/18 and communicated with mostly just myself all the way up until I told them I wanted to cancel the order. Then, they miraculously started responding. They downplayed the MONTHS of delays that they failed to communicate, and offered the bare minimum as an apology ($15 gift card so I can what... spend another 3 months waiting?). One of the offers for an apology was to up the size of one of my canvases for free. When I tried to take them up on this option, the response was "let me check to see if that's possible." Why are you offering it if it's not possible?! And go figure, havent received a response since. The art is beautiful, but there are a lot of talented Black artists out there. Choose someone else.

I placed an order that I never received. They never followed up with me. After reaching out for the 3rd time, I got a reply from their rep by the name of "Suzie" who could be a robot for all I know. She sent an email saying she would look into the delay with my art, and NEVER bother getting back to me on the status. Finally after 3months and not hearing back, I decided to cancel my order. I'm still waiting on my refund. I have every reason to believe that this is a Scam by them taking money from people and not providing the merchandise. I encourage anyone who has not received their artwork to reach out to the Better Business Bureau, otherwise they will continue to scam customers out of their money. You've been warned, PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!

Loved the art when I saw it on Facebook. Ordered on 12-16-25 and never received my order. I did have some communication with the seller at which time they thanked me for my patience during the holiday season and offered to refund me as an option. That is the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. I opted another option to keep one of the 4 paintings originally ordered. As of 1-24-26 I had not gotten a response and had received no paintings. I opened a dispute with AMEX and received a refund.
It’s sad though because I really would’ve liked to have these paintings. I was willing to work with them but at this point, enough time has passed.
