This site is a scam. You can't delete your books. Be very careful about importing your own texts! They will steal your information and take your content for themselves, and you won't have the copyright!

Ti continuano a chiedere crediti per finire il libro, poi una volta finito scopro che è stato fatto in modo approssimativo, saltando completamente sottocapitoli presenti nel sommario. INUTILE! Rivolgetevi altrove.

Too slow, glitches, literally have to upload everything OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
I literally ALREADY had a cover, manuscript and summary … so just an upload but nope… I have to LOG BACK IN and then there’s an apology messsage on the app saying it’s “back to normal” which it was not.
Brutal. Like, I’m a 40yr old married, mother of four that works full time as a real estate broker, I DO NOT have time for THIS CRAP! I’ve been at this for three hours, and believe me when I tell you I’m not embellishing or exaggerating one iota..I mean, it would be a MIRACULOUS app if was efficient… maybe we’re just not there yet, maybe it’s a good thing…

Waste of money. Platform does not work, page is always unreachable, unable to edit. Rubbish experience.
I requested a refund and cancellation and they said that they can't refund if you have generated the ebook more than once.

Please don't waste your money.

Big scam........ no support at all.... I purchased 2 credits to test the service. 2 credits was them not enough. I purchased 10 more. I've come back to the site after a few days to find I only have 1 credit.
Support chat says it only helps woth account and credit issues but the chat just repeats this even when you question the credits. No help given. Just taken my money and removed my credit on my account.
Disgusting service

Well, I managed to create an eBook, but this just smacks of another online hassle from somebody jumping on the AI bandwagon. The built-in help is worse than a chocolate fireguard. You ask a question and get a reply that it is here to help—so please ask away. And that is as far as you get—a never-ending loop of asking a question, only to be told to ask a question. You are also referred to the online help when it cannot help!!
Additionally, the functions are clunky at best. I selected the option to create an audio book only to be prompted to select a voice - which is fair. Only there are no voice options. Thankfully, I have one eBook in PDF format. I will be going elsewhere from this point.
Here is some advice to these guys: If you want an online presence and expect people to pay for your product, test it, confirm it works, and then put it in the public domain. Don't be taking money from people under false pretences.

Be careful. There is no mechanism for cancelling on the website and the AI assistant is useless. It claims you can cancel from account settings but the function is not there.

Ebook maker is a good ebook platform but I can't cancel my subscription, there's no cancel option for subscription and it suddenly popped up my credit card without my authorization. Help me cancel it because I temporary block my credit card for this issue, kindly make an option for the cancellation of subscription because I'm so busy and no longer time to continue creating ebook.

Ebookmaker.A.I was good at the first book I created but had many problems from that point onwards. Upon generating my second ebook I didn't have the opportunity to review the generated work before the site glitched out and automatically accepted it as complete, also one ebook was generated with content that was irrelevant to what I wanted to create, this book was supposed to be about cooking but for some reason, it filled the pages with text about reformating the content. There are too many glitches in this software. The chatbot help section is almost useless as it just told me to contact support and gave me the same circular responses. When I contacted support via their email and LinkedIn to get some questions answered I didn't receive a response and I've been waiting for two weeks. I am seeking a refund for my subscription but I'm not holding my breath as I haven't received a reply about the issues I've experienced.
