My agent Mandy is quick and easy to reach, and she's caught issues before they shipped more than once. Fulfillment through their app is a couple of clicks, everything's in one place instead of scattered across email.

Stolen my photo to promote their own services so are happy to steal from small businesses for their own commercial benefit

Edit: I can see I sent an invoice for the unauthorised use of my photo on 4th March 2025 and I have a screenshot of the use. I will only consider this resolved when my invoice has been paid as simply removing my photo does not undo the use.
