Excellent value and service
Fast, speedy delivery. Item arrived in excellent condition and was priced slightly less than other retailers and customer service responded very quickly. The only negative I could find is that I didn't receive a dispatch notice which would have been nice but not necessary in this case as I had next day delivery.

Would use again
Item arrived in perfect condition and a good price. Only reason for docking 1 star was the lack of communication fter placing the order. It wasn't dispatched for nearly 2 weeks but there was no reassurance email from the time transaction to the time of dispatching. I was beginning to get concerned that I had been duped. But turns out it is a legit site and ultimately would use again.

Never again, not to be trusted
I placed an order, got a confirmation email, but a week later the item still hadn't been dispatched. I ordered it as a birthday gift and was waiting for it so I sent an email and got no reply, so 2 days later sent another message via their website. No phone number to call which always seems suspicious. They then replied and said they don't have the dvd in stock! It took them 10 days and 2 emails from me to get that information from them! I'm still waiting on my refund. Very disappointing

EBUZZ is a complete SCAM
EBUZZ is a complete SCAM. Do not buy from this company. I paid over 300 dollars for a bike. The company is not returning my emails. I can not get ahold of them through the telephone. Never received my bike or a refund. It has been 3 months and no contact.

So please be aware of this idiot, he doesn’t even attend the county Court, when he’s been asked to by Hmrc , check out the company for tax evasion!!
