I like my EB10

I like my EB10. Customer service is really good. I don't like the fact the battery has 70 cells which is at 25 ah not 32 ah. I don't like being taken. Lied to. It is a great bike. Fast. The 180cm brakes need to be upgraded. It is a choice ride when you put a shock post on it. For the price and your not 230lbs yes you can go 40 mph. Don't lie though, its not peak 5000watts power bs. its more like 3200 watts power. Also it has serious volt sag. But you can monitor your battery and know when it will die. I like it, I like it a lot. Good price for the power . don't lie about the battery though that sucks. also you cant put a bigger sprocket on it to peddle at higher speeds and that sucks. But it kicks ass.

Great Tech Support Team

We purchased two bikes this past June and really love their agility and performance. The assembly was not difficult and the instruction videos made it easy for a novice. Also kudos to the technical staff one of the bikes had defective battery and failed after 3 months of use. They had me perform some voltage tests on video and verified the problem. Once confirmed they FedEx me a replacement. I must say thanks for standing behind your product and having a great technical support team.

Ebycco customer support is fantastic!

Ebycco customer service has been awesome. I purchased the EB10, which has been a great ebike! Upon receipt, I noticed a little shipping damage. I contacted Ebycco support, and they got back to me within 24 hours.

Vinnice from the customer support team helped me identify what would be the best fix for my bike. They then shipped a replacement part the same day! They forwarded tracking so I knew exactly when it would arrive.

A month later, my phone holder cracked. I emailed Ebycco and the same person, Vinnice, helped me. I sent a photo of the crack, and they shipped me a brand new phone holder without hesitation! Again, it shipped the same day and they provided tracking.

My Ebycco customer service experience has been fantastic! Vinnice works with immediacy and understands the customer's needs. I wholly recommend this bike company and their team!! My EB10 is a great bike! I will be an Ebycco fan as long as they are around! Thank you Vinnice, and thank you Ebycco!

I'd like to respond to your answer. You're selling a bicycle online, so as a consumer, I expect the product to be delivered exactly as I ordered. This bicycle you sold me has lost its original quality! And yes, you offered me €50 in compensation. I asked for €100, but it turned out I had to pay much more because I bought the bicycle online! I also had to find a mudguard, so no traffic light, no mudguard, no rear light, no luggage rack, and a display that can't be locked with a password. To me, this is fraud, and I stand by my opinion! You made a mistake by selling an item that's completely defective. And now I have to go to a store! How did I end up buying a bicycle that's defective? Good advice: if the customer is honest, then you should be honest too, and then you won't encounter these situations! I hope many customers will read this. Best regards, Philippe.

Ebycco, I'm very disappointed! I bought an E8 e-bike with an extra battery for €1200. When the package arrived, there was no taillight, no pannier rack, and no brake light. The display is also incorrect because you can't even enter a password. Anyone can steal the bike. The manual mentions a color screen, but my bike has a cheap LCD screen that's useless. It costs barely €15 on Amazon or AliExpress. I feel ripped off and cheated. After many emails and chats, I'm simply ignored! This is deception and an abuse of trust. I hope there will be a solution to the problems, and that I can share my opinion on the matter and still respond positively.

In der Anleitung ist von einem Farbdisplay die Rede, mein Rad hat aber ein billiges LCD-Display, das nutzlos ist. Bei Amazon oder AliExpress kostet es knapp 15 €. Ich fühle mich abgezockt und betrogen. Nach vielen E-Mails und Chats werde ich einfach ignoriert! Das ist Betrug und Vertrauensmissbrauch. Ich hoffe, dass es eine Lösung für die Probleme gibt und ich meine Meinung dazu teilen und trotzdem positiv reagieren kann.

First, we're deeply sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase. However, your review didn't mention how we handled the issue at all. You graciously accepted our solution, yet you still wrote this negative review.

1. Regarding your claim that you sent numerous emails and messages, all of which were ignored, how could you possibly say such things? You fabricate such lies to mislead other customers, and this truly hurts us. Your order was a pre-order, and from the day you placed it, I told you that you would need to wait approximately 15 days for delivery. However, you sent us messages almost daily asking about delivery times, and I patiently responded and offered reassurance. We've been diligently working to resolve the after-sales issues you encountered after receiving the bike, and you happily accepted our solution. So, why do you claim we've been ignoring you?

2. We're truly sorry about the bikes not having a rack. The E8s you purchased in your batch that arrived in Europe did not have racks (there were only four, and we've already shipped them all). We have taken a proactive approach and offered you a €100 refund as compensation. You can purchase a suitable rear rack locally, which you accepted. We have already refunded you. The taillight is mounted on the rack; without the rack, there is no taillight. From the pictures you provided, it seems you have already purchased and installed the appropriate rear rack.

3. The standard display screen on the E8 is the one you received, as shown in pictures and descriptions on our website. It does not have a password function. If you require a password-protected display screen, you can purchase one. You requested a discount on the display screen, and we did, but you did not place an order.

EBYCCO has been selling bicycles in the US and Europe since 2014. We never intentionally deceive any customer. We understand that we cannot satisfy every customer, but we are always striving. We also hope that every customer will be honest and not deliberately slander us because of dissatisfaction.

On 07/30/2025, I purchased EBYCCO’s “Refurbished 29” E8” electric bike for $599 (advertised as 50% off $1,199). The real new E8 sells for $800 — the “50% off” claim is pure fiction.

After my payment for the refurbished bike was processed, EBYCCO claimed it was suddenly unavailable and pressured me to pay the difference for a new E8 bike. When I offered to switch to a refurbished G7 instead, that option “magically” disappeared too.

Weeks later — after 11 emails back and forth (ending 08/12/2025) — they finally admitted in writing that they sent me a refurbished bike, not a new one, yet kept my extra payment. The “new” bike arrived scratched and clearly used, making it obvious what they were doing from the start.
EBYCCO refused to refund the difference or provide a proper resolution. This wasn’t an accident — it was a calculated, deceptive sales scheme designed to take more money from customers while delivering less than promised. I’m attaching photo proof of the bike’s condition upon arrival and an email from them asking me to “review my newly purchased refurbished E8.”

If you value integrity, honesty, and getting the product you actually paid for, search “EBYCCO scam” before you buy — and take your money to a trusted brand like Rad Power Bikes instead. I’ll also be posting a detailed thread on Reddit soon with the entire email exchange and additional evidence, and will update this review with the link once it’s live.
In their reply, EBycco has still not once provided clear, indisputable proof that the bike I received was actually brand new. This entire situation could have been resolved in minutes if they had simply presented verifiable evidence to back their claim. Instead, they’ve chosen to argue, make personal accusations, and ignore this fundamental question.

Here are the facts, with documentation:

Order Confirmation & Delivery Record – I received multiple official emails from EBycco themselves (screenshots available) stating my order was for a “Refurbished 29" E8 750W 48V 17.5Ah Used Electric Bike for Sale” — including the July 29, 2025 delivery confirmation. This directly contradicts their claim that I was sent a brand-new bike.

Automated Review Requests – Days after delivery, I was sent two automated review requests from EBycco for the refurbished E8 I ordered, not a “brand new” one. If their internal records truly reflected a brand-new bike, why would their system repeatedly ask me to review a refurbished model?

$40 Offer to Remove My Review – On August 12, 2025, I received an email from EBycco stating, “Please delete your review on Trustpilot and we’ll refund you $40.” Offering money in exchange for deleting a negative review is deeply unethical and says a lot about how they handle customer feedback.

Review Removal from Their Website – I left a review on their own store website, which was later removed without explanation. This suggests an attempt to suppress negative customer experiences rather than address them.

No Verifiable Evidence Provided – In all our communications, EBycco has never sent me a receipt, shipment record, serial verification, or any other form of documentation that would conclusively prove the bike was brand new. I have every right to question the condition of the bike, especially when it arrived with scratches and their own system labeled it as refurbished.

I’ve been patient, professional, and more than fair throughout this ordeal. I believe companies—big or small—should be held accountable for how they treat customers. That’s why I’m sharing my full documentation, including screenshots, so others can see exactly what happened rather than letting my experience be buried.

Since our founding, EBYCCO has always been customer-centric. Having operated in the US market for many years, we strive to proactively resolve our customers' issues. Honestly, we've never encountered a customer like you, fabricating so many stories, slandering us, and threatening us to get a refund. Don't you feel a bit embarrassed?

First, the E8 on our website is listed at $799, and the image shows a 33% discount, not the "50% off" you claimed. Do you think other customers wouldn't proactively review our website before placing an order?

Second, before placing your order, you inquired about our refurbished E8. We informed you that we were out of stock and would need to wait. Because our refurbished bikes are very popular, we recommended placing your order in advance to allow for restocking and prevent other customers from purchasing them. We ship them in the order they receive. You quickly placed an order for the refurbished E8 for $599, and we informed you in advance that you would need to wait for restocking. It's not like you claimed, "After my payment for the refurbished bike was processed, EBYCCO claimed it was suddenly unavailable." We have chat records for this information.

Third, the day after you placed your order, you urged us to ship the bike. We informed you in advance that a refurbished product wouldn't be ready that quickly. Three days after you placed your order, you continued to contact us, hoping for expedited delivery and expressing your disappointment at the delay. To expedite your bike delivery, we asked if you would be willing to pay an additional $150 for a brand new E8. You told us you were only willing to pay $90, and we ultimately settled on a $100 price difference. In other words, you received a brand new E8 for $699 (a brand new E8 costs $799). You were delighted and gladly accepted this price, expressing your gratitude for our resolution. However, you have stated on other review sites that we "forced" you to pay the $100.

Fourth, we regret that the bicycle you received had some minor scratches. These were minor damages incurred during shipping. We, the EBYCCO brand, stand by our promise that the bicycle we sent was indeed a brand new one. Judging from the pictures you provided, the scratches are negligible. You requested a $100 refund, but we refused. We offered to return the bicycle to us for a full refund. However, you refused and insisted on a $100 refund. Ultimately, we reached an agreement with you to refund you $60 as compensation, which you gladly accepted. These are the details of our email communication.

Fifth, regarding the email you received requesting a review of a refurbished E8 electric bike, it was automatically sent. Your original order included a link to a refurbished E8. After you paid the $100 difference, we didn't promptly update the order to include a brand-new E8. Therefore, the system sent you a review request for the original "refurbished E8." Unexpectedly, this became evidence of your threat. If we had actually sent you a refurbished E8, would we still have asked for a review? What business owner would jeopardize their own brand in this way?

Over the past two days, we've seen your malicious comments on various social media sites. We sincerely hope you'll remove some of your fabrications, as they're quite excessive. Therefore, we contacted you and offered to refund you the $40 difference (so you actually purchased a brand new E8 for $599). However, you refused, threatening us with your comments on various review sites. You demanded a further $290 refund in exchange for removing your malicious comments and writing positive reviews. We're curious if you've used this same tactic against other businesses to obtain further refunds. Is this a regular practice? We have email records of these.

We don't want to argue about who's right or wrong. We remain committed to addressing every customer's needs, but we do so on a fair and equal basis.
