Well crafted timepiece. Distinct design that subtly enhances any upscale ensemble. An excellent addition to any collection.

If you need to return the watch, just don’t… everything is perfect until you need to delivery it back for some reason. You have to pay for the return 30€ aprox, in my case unworned watch, they took 300€ from my money for apparent scratches, even tho I have evidence of the watch being in good condition when it was sent back. Echo Neutra never again.

Ordered a watch. Watch itself looks great. But their listing lists a rubber strap with it which was how I planned on wearing it and part of why I bought that color. I was sent two leather straps.

I responded to my delivery email as it says reply back to this email and did not hear back. After a while I emailed their support email directly and still did not receive any communications. It seems the company is no longer interested in assisting after taking my money and the watch was delivered.

Their website was also glitchy and originally not showing the model I wanted to preorder. They eventually fixed it and were able to switch my order to the color I wanted.

Tolle Uhr in super Qualität. Mir gefällt die schlichte Eleganz. Sie ist sehr gut ablesbar, so dass ich meine Lesebrille nicht aufsetzen muss.

The watch is more than I expected. It’s beautiful in person. I love it and the service I received.

I’m a watch collector. I’ve had pieces from most every part of the industry spectrum. When I saw the Rivanera, I wanted it immediately. The design really spoke to me. Upon receipt, my expectations were quickly obliterated. I love it way more than I imagined. It’s a wonderful watch, it wears beautifully, and it’s one of the few I’ve ever had that I’m 99% certain won’t ever leave my collection (that’s very rare). I’ve been very impressed over the years with a myriad of microbrands, and echo/neutra is no exception. A fantastic watch, but also a wonderful presentation. Very thoughtful and well put together. As a collector, I always appreciate a good box and they provided a great one.

Hats off to a great brand. They should be very proud of the work they’re doing. This was my first experience with them, and certainly will not be my last.

Good communication and delivery experience. Un-boxing experience elevated by simple, good quality box and branding. The watch itself is well crafted, elegant and demands wrist time. I’ve had several Cartier Tanks and JLC Reverso’s in the past but none have been retained in my collection for long. This one earns a permanent spot. It’s a time proof (great branding!) classic.

I had an incredible experience with echo/neutra. I ordered the 1956 3H Khaki and I could not be happier. The watch is absolutely stunning and the presentation with the box, tool, and spare strap is beautiful. This watch certainly punches above its weight when it comes to the level of finishing for the price. I can't recommend this brand enough; they put care and attention to detail into their products and it really shows.

Sizing chart is not too accurate. Band was a little small. Other than that the watch is beautiful.

very high quality, tight tolerances and superb finishing.
the new adjustable clasp is also superb.
no taxes to the uk and europe which is a huge bonus.
fast delivery and superb box and packaging.
i would pick this over a sinn or cw and ive owned both . i personally think its higher quality.
this design is very much its own thing and distinctive which is another plus.

The purchasing and delivery experience was average, at best. Slow to respond to my email inquiries, surprising tariffs and duties payment (would have been nice to be told what to expect), and it took 2 weeks to arrive after shipping. The watch itself is very cool and looks fantastic. Great wrist feel. I have the grey dial.
