The vape i ordered didnt work and when i emailed them about it they told me to charge it and let the fluid sit over night i did thay for three nights in a row and it still didnt work and when i emailed back i was ignored and then i emailed two more times and was continued to be ignored and then i found out they sent me the wrong vape anyway and still nothing back

great site however i’ve not recieved any updates on my order since placing it.

I ordered 3 vape pens, 1 elf bar and 2 elux pens. The Elf Bar pen was long expired on arrival. Purchased all at normal rates, no special discounts that would indicate something was less than perfect. The elux pen started leaking from the base and has stained my shirt. The elux's may also be expired, but they had no expiry date on the box. Evidence was sent to retailer but they ignored the expired pen and blames the manufacturer for the elux's and have asked me to send the "unused" pens back for refund on my own expense. Will have to get card issuer involved now to resolve.

Edit on 20/12/22 - Just to add, all evidence was sent to seller, which they ignored, so their response on trust pilots is disingenuous. Also, I filed a claim with my card issuer, who saw the evidence and instantly issued a full refund against the seller. Will not use this seller again.

I orderd sevral times never had a problem this month I ordered a box , and the vapes are sealed in the box but leaked everywhere in the bag, blue light keeps flashing so clearly they r dead/ ran out before opening and using them , i eamiled them sevral timed just to be egnored!!!!!

Only 2 stars because I did not receive in the shipment2 products but I got permission to return the money and in addition 2 products did not work. Of the 5 products ordered, I received 3 of which 2 were not functional.

My overall experience has been superb. The website is well designed and offers great customer service throughout the ordering process and they also provide superb after care to the customer.
A points system offers the customer the option to get a reduction on future orders and they also provide discounts an promotion advice via email.

I cant recommend these dark night aroma king vapes. Price wise also good. There was issues of it arriving due to postal strikes but hey still came decently quick

Bit unhappy. The vape itself good. Fizzy cola vape juice good. Slushy puppy redbull vape juice 0mg nicotine definitely had nicotine in. I'm not a smoker so didn't want nicotine vapes.

I placed an order for disposable vapes. Whenever I receive a order for disposables I open each one to test. I’ve had 2 faulty vapes ( that aren’t cheap) so I’ve sent a email with a video attached as proof. But not even a reply
