Don’t pay for express delivery
Paid £4.99 for next day delivery and the order hasn’t arrived. Contacted customer services and the advisor couldn’t seem less bothered about this, saying “sorry sometimes it just takes an extra day”. That’s not the service I paid for, don’t advertise something you can’t offer
