Do NOT buy from this company. I think it is a scam. They'll send a very different item to what you ordered, and then want you to send it back to their warehouse in China at your own expense, to even get a partial refund in 3 months.
Ended up getting my money back through my bank account, thank goodness.

Much as the other reviews on this company In the end I wrote to them as follows and got my money back quite quickly and was not asked to return the rubbish garments I ordered. They went too a charity shops some good came out of it!

This is what I wrote:
Irrespective of the terms and conditions your company applies regarding returns - nothing of which are shown in the online Terms and Conditions - you are operating in the UK under UK law. Consequently unless your company makes an immediate arrangement for these unsatisfactory items to be returned - at their cost - and then provides a refund within a quick time-scale, say 1 week , I shall be working with my card provider and bank to ensure that this takes place and that the results are properly publicised. Having belatedly checked your company record on TrustPilot I see that what you are attempting to do in this case has been replicated in many others, which will not bode well for any case you make in a court of law.

Disgraceful company. Never ever buy anything from here. And if you buy something that doesnt fit. Theyll charge you more because it doesnt fit.

I would actually rate this company 0 stars. I bought a dress in yellow and they sent me the orange version. Apart from that, the sizing is horrendous and nothing like in the photos.
Before I bought from this site, I checked that it was a UK based site and their contact address was London so I thought this was legit. However, upon wanting to return the dress, I was told that it had to be returned to their Chinesr warehouse and I had to pay for the returns, even though they had made the mistake in sending me the wrong dress.
When contacting customer services, I'm pretty sure it is an AI bot that is responding and I was getting nowhere. In the end, I contacted my bank and was able to get the money back from them. Avoid this company at all costs - it's an absolute scam!

The items that I ordered was faulty and the design and colour was not the same as shown on the website.. I tryed to return but now its showing as page not found... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ITS A SCAM!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE, you will loose your money if you have return any items. I wanted to return 2 shirts that were too small costing me over £60 they offered me an alternative from there catalogue and then when I said I wanted a full refund, they offered me 50% off my next order. Then only way I could get a refund was to send the items back to china at my cost of over £30. So I would loose half of my money. The only thing I did was contact my bank and ask them to get my refund for me.

Ik heb de aanbieding van eclat gekocht, 3 maanden zakjes collageen poeder voor 90,00. Elke dag trouw op hetzelfde tijdstip gedronken met water. Helaas nu na 3 maanden geen enkele verbetering in nagels, huid of gewrichten. 90,00 weggegooid dus.

I ordered two dresses in different sizes.. the quality is absolutely terrible so bad.. and very very small sizes. I tried to return by sending numerous emails but was fobbed off and they wouldn’t even give me the return address. I was very lucky as the bank has reimbursed me.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I did receive my order ontime, however it didn't fit at all. It was completely misshapen. The leg split is indecent and the back had no chance of zipping up what so ever!!! This is for a wedding no way could I wear it. I have gone round in circles to return with Jake he's no help. Just choose another item (for it to not fit and have the same problem again!!!!). Do not purchase from these people!!!

Items arrived over 3 weeks after the order, the fabric quality is really poor, sizing is all wrong, and the cuts are so badly made. If you want to return, you have to pay for it yourself… to CHINA!!! So the items are going to end up in the bin, filling landfills. Customer service takes 24h+ to respond to a simple message. So infuriating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a bunch of scammers! I ordered and paid for my leather jacket and it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t sent it! Nobody responds to you from their “customer service” team! I’ve asked for my money back, but still no response! I’m furious! Bunch of absolute scumbags!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a skirt in March, it arrived sub standard. I requested a return, company offered an alternative which I declined. It is now 2nd July and despite many e-mails to the company I still have the skirt, I don’t have a return address and the company has stopped replying to my e-mails. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I was sent a dress that was cheap and faulty, I tried to raise it with the company as it was unusable.
To be than offered 25% discount back😳 to use next time I wanted to order from them, No thank you!
I refused this offer obviously and can't get a response now.

I brought a clothing item from this company in January. Wasn’t happy with it as it was cheap and nasty. Worth £5.00 not £84.00!! Anyway after numerous emails back and forth saying I could choose something else instead I told them no I want a refund. So I sent the goods back big mistake costing me over £22.00 !! They told me it will take 3-4 months to get my refund. I chased them got an email asking for tracking number and you never guess what. They sent the goods back to me yesterday! I am absolutely livid. The cheek of it and now I can’t claim back from my bank as it’s over 120 days which I was not aware of. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they are con artist!!!

Ordered two pairs of shorts basis the photos on their website. First pair was the full price and second pair was reduced price offer. Parcel finally arrived but only the reduced price pair. If that wasn’t bad enough, the fact that they looked nothing like the photograph was the icing on the cake. No response to any of my emails asking for details of the other pair or refund process. I eventually raised a claim with my credit card company who refunded the full amount the same day once I told them who the seller was. Obviously another Chinese scam site. Avoid like the plague. Just wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing.

It’s an obvious scam.

DO NOT order anything from this website. I wanted to return my order to change the sizes but then didn’t respond. I contacted PayPal but they couldn’t help do to the seller not been covered. When they did respond the emailed was in a foreign language. So I emailed again to ask for their return process, no response. It’s a scam, their website states guarantee return / refund but they do not respond.

Ordered a shirt, took ages to arrive and was really terrible quality. This is clearly a scam and the people running should be ashamed of themselves

Really bad experience don't buy from this company, no customer support and they make it impossible to return items. Avoid at all costs its a scam
