Extremely helpful staff in the Langley Mill store! Didn’t over sell and was very honest resulting in a perfect match for a beginner. Because of this honesty I will keep going back to the same shop now to get further supplies!

Prices are great,im using Bear inspire, was using RM, delivery is so quick. Shopping online is so easy, it's setup has made it easy to shop online, will definitely be ordering again,this is my second time ordering 😊

Delivery took a while but I ordered in-between Christmas and New year so it was to be expected. Great range of 10ml liquids at an awesome price, 5 for £10. Had a couple of the bottles so far and they're great. Will definitely be ordering again!

Worse company i have ever dealt with a payment was taken from my account for five vapes on the 14/12/2022. I then received two emails saying my orders didn’t go through blah blah. So I then proceeded to call on the 15th called twice got told person by Someone working for the company that the person dealing with sales was busy will call me back later, never received call. I have seen then proceeded to call few more times no one pick up the call I find that so rude unprofessional there no need for this worse part is I can’t even get a refund or complain about the poor service 😡😡😡😡😡

Quick delivery cheap products i will definitely recommend

After a very bad experience with Vape Korner I tried eco vape as they supply the large pods. FPD went the extra mile to deliver after I'd missed out my street name and within 24 hours of order. The product looks great and combines the convenience of pods with a reusable, easy fill and rechargable device. Love the eco, ethical, family credentials with certified product.

Good product, quick delivery

don't go here brought aspire nautilus coils which weren't even real scratched the label verified the code and it came up as a counterfeit, manager thought I was stupid had to buy the real product to prove a point still didn't get a refund even know the aspire website and team said the product they were selling was a counterfeit will be in touch with trading standards.

First time I've ordered from this company. Order was delivered day after I placed the order.

I love this company but not the delivery.
They used to be so quick and you could almost guarantee if you ordered on a Monday you would get your juice by Wednesday….at the latest often the next day
I’m going away next week so ordered on the 30th August knowing the order would be processed the next day on the 31st.
Today DPD messaged me to say they would deliver on Tuesday 6th September when I’m already away from home…
It’s a real shame when companies are in the hands of couriers that don’t seem to live up to expectation, I don’t hold Eco-Vapes fully responsible but they need to be aware of how DPD are letting them down - hence 4 stars

Great prices on Bear Ice Nic Salts (5 for £10) at this point. Really pleased with the quick service, and not using RM - was delivered really quickly! These ironically happen to be not only my favourite store online, but we have local branches AND they are based locally! So great to know I am shopping locally, even when buying in a small chain and online!

Ordering was easy as usual, unfortunately delivery was not so good, delivery driver left my order at my doorstep, I was in, but he/she never knocked or rang the bell, very disappointed ☹️

Very happy with this company. Originally purchased my ecig in store, the guy serving helped with every step and explained how to use the vape pen in clear steps. After I've also found using the website an easy and quick experience as well. Quick dispatch times and I can use Laybuy to offset the costs which is very helpful in these difficult times.

Once again Eco Vape have been fabulous. Exceptional Customer Service. Highly recommended
