Excellent choice of liquids and nic salts at amazing prices. Found the shop in Bulwell by chance as it's not local to me and thought I'd have to keep doing trips to stay stocked up on their tasty Bear polar range. Happily I found they have lots of outlets and one local to me, but even better - they deliver for free on orders of £20 or over. I ordered Monday morning, arrived Tuesday morning, that's what I call service. Keep doing what you're doing guys!

Good fast reliable service with excellent quality and choices of liquids and kits.

My orders are usually perfect, I’ve had issues and they’ve sent out replacements, I’ve had emails back to messages and usually my orders or either next day or the day after..
I ordered 5 days ago, day before NYE so obviously I wasn’t expecting them the next day, but it’s Tuesday and I’ve not had anything, I’ve emailed and still nothing. I understand there are probably many many orders to get through but is it really that difficult to send out just a generic email apologising and explaining that you’re backed up and you’re working through orders placed over Christmas? I don’t mind waiting but to not even get a message or any reply to the email I’ve sent? Only a cheeky email asking me to review on Trustpilot so you can reach 4.9? Wow
