Very bad behavior from office stafff and reception desk too much late test date.dnt preffer this driving school plss

From the poor quality of service to unsafe and discomfort I faced as a woman. I never recommend this place and My complain and issue is raised now under Customer rights in Dubai.

Never go there! please

Very bad service, making fail for unwanted, just to increase they money, many times complain there is no response properly, According to them they need only money,

Not good in service, its a trap, once you enrolled, they wont assist in getting appointment for RTA test. Head office is not convenient to access.
Not recommendable.

I would like to thanks ☺️Mr hamouda for his supporting all the time since we open the file until I get my license thanks alot and very good school🙏

Is the besttt 🙌🏼 take your class with him 🙌🏼👊🏽

I am strongly recommending never ever think to join this institution. The outside worst institute in Dubai.
The head office is in Dubai industrial city. You have to spend whole day for 1 day training. Requesting RTA to cancel the institute licensing permit.

DRIVING SCHOOL WITH MY RESPECTFUL INSTRUCTOR, Mohamed Amin. I want to express my sincere appreciation for his exceptional teaching skills. He is truly remarkable and his guidance has been invaluable to me. I am immensely grateful for his unwavering patience throughout the learning process. Thanks to his expert tutelage, I have acquired the necessary skills to navigate the roads proficiently and developed a strong commitment to safety. His mentorship has given me the confidence to overcome my initial anxieties, allowing me to drive with ease. I cannot thank him enough for his invaluable assistance. Thank you so much, Mohamed Amin!

This is best driving school with skilled and professional trainers especially MD. Yaseen, HOR Al ANZ who teaches me a lot for passing the driving test. Thanks to MD Yaseen.

Got my license from Eco drive! Big thanks to Jonela Tabuan for her dedication, patience and mastery not only in driving but also in sharing her knowledge! Such a wonderful learning experience with her!

I have many to say, first of all it's about the tutor ankush, he is a dedicated instructor, the driving sessions were absolutely professional and he could build a confidence and better driving skills in me. Also help to book the classes & test schedules. And thankful for the support & guidance.

I have a very very pathetic experience with this institude . I have been on stuck mode as always there is an issue with their systems they are always down I am unable to book my classes on time such a pathetic customer service agents I wanted my class to book on sunday I called up the eco they were unable to help me I approached their office but same didn’t get any proper response I have been told that system is down we cannot book for you wait 2 3 hours I have waited for the whole day but the guy in mirdif branch changed the statement and said as per him Mr bel bashir (RTA)l Supervisor) said that sunday slots are for the cooperative like seriously I have called RTA directly they didn’t tell me anything about cooperate and consumer thing they clearly told me there is no such compensation for cooperate like this how you treat people who waste their whole day to come to jabel ali and you are treating us like this such a miserable staff and their service .I wouldn’t recommend any single soul for eco drive . I am here in the mirdif branch since morning but no solution you guys have , you just waste my whole day for this and didn’t come up with anything positive
