Fitters replaced my windows quickly and were polite and respectful of my home.
Didnt clean all windows and pvc frames, but to be fair it was a really hot day!

I cant prove this but the negative experiences people leaving 1 star reviews for and their descriptions bare an uncanny resemblance to my past experiences with a company called Ecosave 365 windows ( they had a correspondence address on King St in Manchester ) . I had loads of work done and to be fair I was happy with the workmanship and people I came into contact with , although looking back the work was probably overpriced ( even taking into account the high quality ) and sales staff who visited more or less made it obvious that they wouldnt be leaving without a sale and did use the tactic that they could get loads of money knocked off the job ( although it still wasnt cheap ) but only if I signed on the dotted line there and then . I decided to cancel my last job within the 14 day cooling off period last October ( 2025 ) and they would keep stalling me saying the 'deposit returns needed to be signed off by the Director ' ( who I could never get hold of and never returned calls or emails ) . I gave them a chance to do the right thing but eventually decided to take them to Small Claims Court ( cost £119 ) . Problem was it was too late as they had gone out of business . Yes I am very bitter. One of the salesmen was called Rory ( same as in one of the negative reviews for Ecohause ) . I have had cold calls from Ecohause trying to sell me work and I am sure I recognised two of the callers as being former employees of Ecosave 365 Windows ( I know that doesnt make them guilty of anything ) . When I started asking too many awkward questions the calls ( from withheld numbers ) were abruptly terminated . Like I say I cant prove a connection and Ecohause Solutions may be totally legitimate and a brilliant company , but I think that there are too many coincidences . I have just had a call from Ecohause Solutions and the caller couldnt or wouldnt give me the telephone number of the company , instead directing me to the website . Very strange !

After requesting further information ,Echo have still not contacted me .
No choice but to start small claims
I have had numerous problems dating back to June, when I ordered window glass replacement from them. First they sent two men, who knew they couldn't complete the work as they needed more men and had no acro props. They left after only being able to replace one small window. After not being contacted by them I rang them and spoke to one of their managers Brendan. He was very rude to me. During the second vist for the installation the team left a large amount of glass in the front garden and broke a window hinge. Rory come to sign of the work for the glass certificate and to look at the broken glass, broken window hinge. He offered compensation but only in goods and to send someone to fix the window. I ordered a patio door. The day after the survey was done, Rory's manger rang ,asking for more money to cover the extra labour needed. After refusing they agreed to waiver this. Then they informed us the total price was higher then what we had signed for with Rory. That their documents stated a different price. After a lengthy and heated discussion with rory's manger and another manager, they said they would call us back. I sent photos of my copy of the invoice with the correct total to them. We didn't heard back from them.
We have also realised we have paid a deposit that should have been made till we agreed to an installation date. Despite sending Ecohuas an email and then a registered letter of intent, I have not received any reply. I am hoping this review changes things or my next option will be to go too small claims court.

Wanted to deal with them because of the positive reviews. Got a quote but asked for another visit to discuss not having so many openers. The salesman said he would come the next day. He didn’t and no call to apologise. Rang in the evening and by luck got his manager, who said he would sort it. No phone call from either. The next day spoke to Customer Services who said they would sort it. No phone calls. Sent email informing of the above, no reply no phone calls. Rang yet again and this time a manager rang me back telling me the salesman was with a client and he would ring me later. Six hours have gone by and no phone call.
If they treat clients like this just wanting to place an order, can’t think how bad they would be if you were in contract with them. Just shows, good reviews don’t always lead to good customer relations.

Noted response to above from vendor. I can give on here names of sales rep who came, name of his manager dates and times of appointments and proof of emails sent. I suggest they look at their telephone logs which are recorded for training and use them to a) train their staff and b) sort out their own incompetence when trying to deflect a genuine poor experience and honest criticism of a bad customer service experience.

My father has just had a visit from Tim from the head office, he carried out a survey for facia board, soffit board and down pipes.
I didn't see him myself but I guess he had a black an white striped shirt an mask on as the quoted works are absolute daylight robbery!

Order has been cancelled straight away and will be cancelling any payments taken from the bank.

The previous work you did at my house.... Mr Tierney being my Father.

Was simply replacing glass panels, that didn't need replacing.

My father was under the impression that it would be complete windows including frames..
It wasn't, one of the frames is near enough dropping out yet somehow, this was missed by whoever did the initial survey.
The work was completed quickly and was tidy because they only popped out the window beading and put new glass in.

This isn't your only bad review in the last 6 month. Maybe its time you reviewed your pricing..

Nearly £6000 for a £2000 job you're having a laugh!

Salesman refused to leave until we paid a £1700 deposit, and would not allow us to read any of the documents we were pressured into signing.
Emailed and wrote two letters to cancel the next day, well within the 14 day cooling off period required by law.
Noted that the contract does not have their current address, had to look it up on Companies House.
Received ten calls the following business day trying to push us into withdrawing the cancellation.
Later discovered that the price was well over double what it should have been.

Eventually had a call where they accepted the cancellation, but they said they would not refund anything for 28 days and that they would not follow the law and refund in full.
Was promised a management callback to "clarify", never received one.

It appears that my only option is to pursue them via the county court, so I have sent a "letter before claim" in the hope that they will resolve the matter rapidly.
I find Eco Haus' reply below surprising, as it makes one wonder how many current actions are pending.

I had some windows replaced and the workmanship was excellent. The speed and efficiency of the fitters was exceptional. They tidied up after themselves and took the old glass panels away. The company itself is very pushy when it comes to getting other work done which is the only aspect I didn't like.

Well organised company. Good service from initial contact to final fitting and post fitting inspection.
Good information provided at every stage.
A friendly and efficient company and competitive.

After a cold caller telephone call I agreed for a salesperson to come to our home address. He sold us some outside wall coating to stop moisture entering the house stating that he was aware the government grants ended in March of 2026, but they had some money left over. The cost was £10,000 and part payment of £1099 upfront. We were denied thinking time as we may lose the grant. After signing an order form arrangents were made for a surveyor to visit the next morning. On reflection I changed my mind as I had no faith in the product or company. On cancelling the order the same day I have been refused return of my £1.099 as 14 days cooling off notice didn't apply to this order. I am taking the matter further.

My mother EH Order Ref No EH5130 paid a deposit of £350 cash on the 22nd Nov'25 and we cancelled this on the 26th Nov'25 prior to a survey being carried. We received a confirmation e-mail of the cancellation on the 26th Nov'25 and replied with the information needed to refund the money on the 27th Nov'25. I have emailed numerous times with no reply and phoned at least 10 times since Jan'26 to be told everytime that it was with the Director. Can my mam's deposit be returned ASAP please.

Very good service and people on the job, also prompt service when there was a mistake on one measurement at the factory

My 89 year old dad was cold called by this company, followed by a visit the same day. He paid a £600 deposit + a £99 survey charge to have some work done on his house. He scheduled a fitting date with the surveyor and this passed with no contact. I have tried contacting them and was promised calls back, that never came. I have tried to email them numerous times, and have had no response. I now have no other option than to pursue them via small claims court.

UPDATE
Following this review (and several reviews from my relatives) Dave from Ecohaus customer services did contact me. After lots of back and forth we have been refunded the £699. However, it is extremely disappointing that it took several bad reviews to get this resolved. We were asked to remove every other review bar this one in exchange for the refund. This company clearly cares more about their reviews than performance. Had we not left the negative reviews, EcoHaus would have gladly stolen £699 from my elderly father. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs!

I am waiting after six weeks for a refund of £13,000. Everytime I ring their main office I get the reply "that someone will get back to me" but they don't. They only ring if a sale is in the offing ! I have written an email to the CEO but he hasn't bothered to reply after four weeks. I am a 71 year old pensioner who can't afford to lose this money.

My parents had 2 upstairs windows fitted, the 2 men were pleasant and worked well. Clean and tidy and their work looks good.
The next day my parents, both 89, got a call to say an inspection needed to be done before they could give a receipt for the windows. The caller also kept saying we will check your walls. To which my mum said there's nothing wrong with my walls. An appointment was made for that day for the inspection. The appointment was a no show. I called customer services the next day and was informed it was a sales call not an inspection. They lied to try and get into the house to sell another product. Im absolutely furious. My vulnerable parents who have used this company before and had no issues will not be using them again. If this is how they now deal with vulnerable customers shame on them.

I was advised consistently contacted advising when the work would be done and Steve and Ken arrived as predicted. Very personable /polite men. They worked hard, no hanging around. Only needed 2 mugs of tea. Steve also alerted me to some water dripping from beneath an upstairs window and video’d it. This has now been rectified and I was very for his observation. The new flat roof looks good and I’m hopeful it will not let in any rain. Seems a job well done.

The installation of new sealed units was good. However, the first installation of the composite door was frankly dreadful. Thankfully it was rectified a week later with a new frame and a competent engineer re- hanging the door.

what a complete waste of money me and my wife where told when is finished they would look like new the windows suppose to cooler in summer but its like sitting in a greenhouse also for another i could of got all the frames and french doors for another 900 pounds so this lot of people have totally ripped my off i would not buy off this company

The workmen were coming between 11am-2pm. They came at 1pm. They were very organised, I was having a new front door and 6 windows replaced. One was doing the front door, the other two were dealing with the windows.They finished at 3-30pm. Great! they did a good job, placed covers over carpets.cleaned up after finishing.They were very friendly. Job done!

Courteous staff and advisors. Prompt delivery of service. All work done to a high standard and very cleanly.
