Its a pity 5 star is the most you can give - had no heating or hot water and its Xmas eve, guys came out without any complaints, chased down parts at last minute and got us going, friendly, helpful, first class - totally recommend! - thanks a million

Tony has been absolutely brilliant, honestly I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Payment was easy, by secure bank transfer. There's a wee bit of mess (totally expected) but Tony has already arranged uplift. First service is included for my boiler and there's a ten year warranty for peace of mind.

I have found it difficult to get someone who has expertise in underfloor heating maintenance/servicing.. so delighted to have Tony and his team in my contacts for the foreseeable future. Work carried out with no fuss and at what I understand to be a fair price. Contact made regularly by email, txt msg and phone in a friendly and efficient manor. Would not hesitate to recommend Eco Heat ✅

What an excellent service from Tony and Eco Heat Systems. From initial quote to finished job I cannot fault any of their workmanship or communication.

Communication was absoloutely fantastic, workmanship is excellent and they took good care of the house while carrying out the work required to install the pipes, radiators and boiler.

The job was a bit more complex than we both thought and so we ran into a few problems and Tony communicated these and we came up with a solution.

I would highly recommend Tony and his team as they worked hard over the few days they were here especially in the loft when the weather was so warm.

Really appreciate it guys and hope to see you back on the boilers first service.

From the get go Tony was super helpful. Responsive, on time and supported me through the planning process, narrowing down materials and then getting the ball rolling.

Great customer service, friendly, adaptive when things (the building) throw up some problems and got the job done to an excellent standard. Will use again for future heating work and have asked about taking on some other projects in the property as part of wider refurbishment.

Very happy with work done so far. Tony moved gas pipes from ceiling and put them under the kitchen floor and removed radiator and will replace at a later point. He arrived for the estimation quickly and gave a very thorough and detailed estimate and work plan.

I needed this done quickly and he was able to do this within the week and I was been pleased with the work done, He was a great communicator and kept me updated. Price was reasonable and really easy to work with.

The guy attended quickly and made safe my radiator. He then returned a few days later to refix the radiator to the wall. Sounds simple but there were complications which he took time to work through and resolve. I was kept involved through all this. In summary he fixed my problem and charged a reasonable rate for it. I would certainly use him again.
