It didn't work and im still waiting for an email reply after submitting a request to return

I bought a headset which was supposed to be brand new but it came second hand I contacted them and explained then they apologised and refunded me fully and told me I can keep the headset
Can I say I had the same issue with Amazon before and I went through lots of headache until I got my money back but here they made it so easy for me very very helpful I would definitely recommend shopping here

Excellent product at an unbelievable price

I purchased a laptop from their company and so far received so many excuses .They advertised on ebay it said next day free DPD delivery , I was promised tuesday then it went tuesdayWednesday they didnt ring me back or answr message i got a pop up on ebay running late for your order tues 15th wed 16th . I then get told prob with DPD . So far no information to track other than it said we have received information of your order awaiting parcel . Then they say they have a attached a reply from DPD they didnt then they say again we have attached it again but didNt . i HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND NO REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY NO REFUND .EBAY ARE STEPPING IN IVE ASKED EBAY TO LOOK AT SOME BAD FEEDBACK ID SEEN TOO LATE LOOKS LIKE A FEW PEOPLE HAD SAME PROBLEM . IM NOW LOOKING FOR A MORE HONEST RELIABLE COMPANY ON EBAY SELLING LAPTO.PS ORD 13TH JULY AND PAID, NOW JUST LOOKED IT SAYS 21ST TO 23RDJULY SO EVERYTIME THEY PUT A POP UP ON GIVING MORE TIME TO KEEP MY MONEY . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a printer which turned out to be faulty. The seller blamed the printheads, but I tested three separate ones—all failed in the same way, which points to a defective printer. He initially promised to send a replacement unit but never followed through. I also sent him two printheads for testing, and both were damaged—one with a burnt-out cyan channel. He failed to return one of the printheads as well. I opened a return case with eBay, but he asked me to close it, promising to resolve the issue, which he never did. I even tested a third printhead with the same results. The equipment arrived covered in white paint, and it's clear he does not properly test the electronics he sells. Very disappointing experience.

Update following the seller's response:
Please note, the seller's response is misleading. Delivery took nearly three weeks, and communication was very slow—blaming delays on bank holidays and being "busy" afterward.

The printer came with a printhead, but neither the printer nor the printhead worked properly—the printer failed to print cyan from the beginning. I then purchased a second printhead myself, but the issue remained unchanged.

I sent both printheads to the seller, who blamed them and failed to return one of them. I even tested a third printhead, and the exact same problem persisted.

It’s clear the printer itself is faulty. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller.

Fairly priced, quick delivery, no issues.

Giving 2 Stars, because initially the service started well, answering all questions and really seemed promising.

I’ve tried reaching out, so unfortunately this is the only next step I can see.

Bad Points: that I can look past:

Item arrived with a cracked print door, covered in ink as the maintenance cartridge got loose, bent “feet” that join the printer to the stand.

But I can look past these, I’m sure it was a delivery issue not a supplier issue so not the end of the world as I can just clean it up. It’s only me has to look at it.

Bad Points I can’t look past, it just does not work, 2 Brand New Print Heads, A small fortune of ink tanks, 2 Maintenance tanks,just trying to get it to work.

Now having to order a purge unit to get it working, if it works that is. I didn’t even ask them to repair it when I reached out, I asked the for some educated guess work to try and help me through it.

A relatively cheap printer now has turned into an absolute money pit with a company ignoring me.

EDIT ** In response to the company:
A refund was given by Klarna.

The issue wasn’t the consumables, it’s the printer. Two technicians, multiple parts replaced and the printer still doesn’t work.

For the record this is the first and only reply I got in regards to my issue.

Second point. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a response, I wanted someone to work with me, advise me.

If you had of just replied and given me some advice, their would have been no refund and no review.

Quick efficient delivery

I bought tv from this place and it was missing 3 hdmi ports where it should have had 4 and thee existing one does not work properly even though I was told it had 4 ports this was all done through eBay they also manipulated the money back protection period by failing to respond quick enough and demand that I changed the negative feedback before they would issue a partial refund which after it was changed reluctantly, no partial refund was given . No full refund or returns was offered at anytime My advise to anyone is not to trust this company when buying ..

The item was faulty. They asked me to send it back for repair, But now they say I damaged it.
