Costa Rica is a beautiful country full of sustainability all around. You really need to visit and fall in love. Ecoletravel offers very standard packages which are well organised. I didn't find that they listened to what I asked specifically however, they didn't seem to understand (or want to understand) the specific situation and desires I had. They are also not flexible and if something goes wrong it is not their fault and they don't look for solutions. You just need to fit into their packages and otherwise not. Extremely commercial; dutch bucsinessmen attitude....

We used Ecole Travel as part of our trip organised by Tour Compass and they were amazing! Everything was so well organised; there were a number of trips and transfers included which involved several smaller providers but everything ran so smoothly! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Costa Rica; we saw so many amazing animals (sloths, howler monkeys, capuchins, toucans, herons, macaws, parakeets, anteaters etc) as well as breathtaking landscapes and the most beautiful plants. We stayed in some incredible places which were well above expectation; we thought the lodge in Tortuguero in particular would be very rough and ready but it was lovely. We absolutely loved La Fortuna, and the view from our room in Monteverde was stunning. The hotel in Manual Antonio which was the ending to our holiday was just beautiful.
We had a bit of a disaster on our first full day of the holiday in San Jose which meant that we had to change our plans for the last day…. Ecole Travel were amazing! They arranged for a private transfer from Manual Antonio somewhat earlier than was on our original schedule, and let us hang around their office for a few hours before then taking us to the airport! We were so grateful; they were so accommodating and so kind. We can thoroughly recommend them!
