Delivered on time

Fast delivery good product at great price

Great product,great price, delivered expediently.

I’ve bought many items over the years and this is the first issue I’ve had, I paid 7.95 for guaranteed by 1pm next day and they turned up days later. I emailed to ask if I will get a postage refund but did not even get a reply. The products are perfect but the service has let them down.

Always a pleasure to buy from so helpful if you contact them

Fast delivery and webpage easy to find what I need

I've purchased from here & the sister stores on several occasions now, and there's never a problem.

Cells always arrive at a good storage voltage, cells are well packaged, & the vast majority of the time, orders arrive within 24 hours.

I highly recommend this online seller & make it my first stop for Li-Ion cells.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought 4 Panasonic NCR18650BD 3200mAh batteries, which I tested and do come out at the nominal capacity (3180 on the tester) which i was very pleased with. Its nice to be able to by from somewhere and trust the cells are genuine, unlike the crap you can get at some sites. Delivery was quick and well priced, so great service overall. (Oh, and the batteries did come in protective plastic cases, safety first)

The battery was exactly as described, postage was fast, will be buying from here again!

Very happy with the genuine parts received

I've ordered from this shop multiple times and have generally been happy with the quality and price of the products I've received, however in my last order which included a box of 4 AA Lithium batteries, I've received a box with only 2 batteries and the other half of it empty. Either the box has been opened before, or the factory shorted them, but in either case I'm the one with products I paid for missing. I've sent an email which has been left unanswered for over a week, and I've tried calling their number a dozen of times to a "we're not here right now" recording. The form on their website just throws a CAPTCHA error. I have not found a way to contact any form of customer support to ask for the batteries I'm missing.

Quick delivery items as described .Great service!

Great battery super fast delivery 👏

First class service
Highly recomend

Good service, quick delivery.

A good selection of batteries and prompt delivery - recommended!

I contacted Ecolux for confirmation of the replacement battery I needed. I received a reply requesting more information which I promptly sent. I had no response, and numerous unanswered telephone calls and email chases later I gave up and purchased the battery since I was about 90% confident. It arrived, charged fine, and is now fitted and in use. Hopefully all good there. But only 3 stars as if you know your lithium batteries you are probably going to be fine with this company but if, like me, you are unfamiliar and need help, it seems you are out of luck.

top notch .
good quality sent promptly
