Empresa con un completo desorden y un mal servicio de venta.
Desaconsejo la compra en este portal web, hice dos compras, en una aun no me han devuelto el dinero, segun me dicen ¿tienen hasta un mes para hacerlo? segunda compra que hice han tardado 6 dias solo en preparar el envio y encima me envian solo algunos productos, los demas productos ni lo envia ni devuelven el dinero, ni preguntan si quieres entonces que los productos sean enviados? elegi todos los productos estando marcados en STOK por lo cual no entiendo porque luego me dicen que no estaban en almacen. Llame 5 veces a telefono de atencion al cliente y solo una me contestaron despues de varios dias intentandolo, y tampoco me han resuelto nada. No volvere a comprar con ellos, tratan fatal a los clientes, y cuidado con vuestro dinero, yo estoy seguro porque compre con paypal, si no creo que ni lo devolverian, ojito.

I work for a small environmental charity and bought some birdbox kits from Ethical Community. They were made and distributed by Wudwerx. I was contacted by Wudwerx not long after having placed my order to say that he would refund me some of the costs as he was going to shortly be advertisign them more cheaply in multipacks. No sooner had I replied than he turned up at the office door to hand-deliver the kits. Incredibly good service and I would definitely order from Wudwerx again.

Straightforward order process
The website was easy to navigate and the order process was easy and straightforward. I liked that postage costs were calculated and the total cost given to me straightaway rather than having to look through small print etc to find out what the total cost would be. The products were available from other websites but I chose to order with Ethical Community simply for this reason as it really annoyes me when companies hide how much delivery and total cost will be until you reach checkout. Thumbs up to ethical community.

Fabulous panama hat

Fab service and delivery but quality of product was disappointing!
I ordered a teething ring for my 5 month old daughter, after looking at several different products decided to go with the organic wooden teething ring, mainly as it didn't have any coatings. Unfortunatly it was not as smooth as I would have liked it, my father has sanded it a little more to my satisfaction. But my baby loves it and enjoys playing and sucking it.
